The Critter Team

I asked for a third opinion on some attic pests that I was told by my regular pest service that I had —- The Critter Team came out and inspected my attic and home. Found NO EVIDENCE of the presence of rodents at all. No poop, no burrows in my insulation. Understanding not finding critters doesn’t make him money— he gave me peace of mind and saved me from being swindled into $45k worth of treatment and prevention my regular pest company wanted to sell me. Mike, and the Critter Team did show me some things that I can do to aid in the prevention of my home from critters, but nothing unreasonable and all very doable and affordable. So I have my critter team— now I’m in the market for a trustworthy bug team…. (They don’t do bugs- I asked ;). Thank you Mike and the Critter Team.

Very helpful in explaining what critter was in my attic and how he identified the issue. His knowledge was obvious. Very attentive in answering questions and service was prompt. Job was complete within 10 days of my call. Highly recommend.

Humble, Texas - The Critter Team was great! They were responsive and informative and took care of the critters (squirrels) partying in our attic. I had another company come out and tell me there was nothing in the attic and that the squirrels were probably just outside on the roof. As soon as Mike entered the attic he found clear evidence (and chewed wires) showing that was not the case. He provided a plan and a quick solution to get our party animals out of the attic.

Mike at the Critter Team is awesome! He was able to help us remove bats in the attic that unfortunately had been up there for quite some time unnoticed. The bat removal process from start to finish was much less stressful than anticipated. Great people to work with, couldn’t be happier! 🦇🚫

I heard intense scratching noises on the north side of the first floor of my mom’s house. We called The critter Team in the evening. Mike changed his schedule to come look at the hole we found under the eaves, and was there about an hour after calling. He immediately recognized it as squirrel activity. He fashioned a “funnel” from the hole to a trap. He sent photos of the trap, after he installed it that night in the dark. After a few days two squirrels were caught. The nice thing is that when Mike returned to remove the trap, he had fashioned perfectly matching painted sheet metal to cover the hole and damage done by our little friends. Mike is very communicative, and has to be the most pleasant Pest Control contractor I’ve ever worked with. If we ever have any more issues Mike and The Critter Team will be my choice.

I had a unique situation which, based upon Critter Control's services, very much warrants a review. I live on the East Coast, not within the service area of Critter Team. However, I had what I believed was a pest/wildlife problem in my house and I was connected to this company via an online help forum. This company reached out to me directly and helped me isolate not only the problem location but also the wildlife that was causing an issue. This was done purely out of kindness and a willingness to help someone in need, who by the way, lives 1,500 miles away. Not only was this company very knowledgeable, they were very responsive and thorough. If I, as a complete stranger/non-paying customer am a happy customer, I can only imagine how well he treats his local community. Highly recommend. Thanks for your help again, Critter Team!

I had noises coming from my attic above my bedroom. I thought it was racoons. I scheduled an inspection, Mike came out and immediately found the problem was birds had entered through the roof opening. He showed me where it was and gave a fair and honest estimate of the work needed. I would recommend this company if you are need of any services they provide.

The Critter Team staff are true experts with bat removal situations and scenarios. After 2 other companies failed to find the entry point, they were able to locate not only one, but TWO entry places on our roof. Truly appreciate all of their help!!

I contacted The Critter Team for help with animal removal in our attic. We heard noise in the attic but we weren't sure if it was branches or a critter. Mike came out and did a full inspection and sure enough squirrels had made a hole in our roof and we had squirrels in the attic. The squirrels were trapped very quickly and The Critter Team did an excellent job of cleaning up and sealing up my home. I would recommend them to anyone needing top quality wildlife removal services.
