We are brand new home owners and came across tiny brown little bugs in our upstairs bathroom. We were worried about termites! We spoke with John on Sunday evening and he was at our house by 1:30PM Monday! We felt so much at ease when he examined our house thoroughly and ensured us it was a recent swarm. We were happy he didn’t try to sell us a service not needed. We will call John again if we need anything!!

Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. He did not get rid of bugs he made more come stole my money basically because his extermination was slim to none! A mess he used every day products you can get from your local Walmart. He is rude and a total ripoff save time and money!

We have been dealing with German cockroaches in our kitchen for 8 years. We tried to eradicate them on our own, but it clearly wasn’t working. As a Real Estate agent I use and recommended John to all my clients. John is very affordable and gets the job done with a guarantee. One of my clients had a tenant that left the house with a major flea infestation. There were thousands of fleas inside and outside the house. After charging me only $270 he came out 6-7 times to make sure the fleas were completely gone. I even offered to pay him more because I felt he undercharged me for the job he was doing. He refused. Other companies quoted me $400-$600 without a guarantee. I will definitely continue using Southern Pest Control and recommend John to all my clients.

The owner is very responsive and informative. He is always willing to help & answer all my questions. I have dogs, so I get very concerned about treatment with them. He will let me know what works best & safest with them. Scheduling is easy and always professional when they are at my home. Definitely recommend. John has been spraying our house for over 15 years and always calls to schedule when it’s time so I don’t have to think about it. One time I dropped my wedding ring down the sink. I knew he would be coming to spray so I left a note so he wouldn’t turn on the sink. Instead I came home to my wedding ring on the counter. He took the sink apart to retrieve it for me. Such a sweet thing to do!
