Elite Termite & Pest Control

I would not use this company. We had them come out for fleas in our yard and was dissatisfied. We still had fleas. We're now using Orkin who comes out monthly as where Elite just came out once and charged $175. At least Orkin will guarantee there service!

My experience with Elite Termite and Pest Control was outstanding. I had seen sawdust, dirt , etc under a window along our baseboard. I was afraid we had termites. I called on Friday at the end of the day, and Raul Gutierrez, the owner set up an appointment to meet me the next day. He was prompt, helpful, and had excellent knowledge. I showed him where I thought the termites might be, and he looked and said, I think these are ants. He went to the outside of the building and found a trail of ants entering our building through a weep hole in the brick. He would have been happy to treat the ants, but he also said I could treat the area myself. He did not charge me for the trip or the advice. I asked Raul about his company, and he said he and his wife have owned the business for 20 years. There is no doubt that in the future, we will call Elite Termite and Pest Control when the scope of work is beyond our ability. Raul truly is a a man of integrity. He could have easily traded our building for termites, and I would have never known. Look no further for a termite and pest control company! I give Elite Termite and Pest Control my highest recommendation!

Elite Termite did a termite job for me. They showed up on time and their price was probably half of what competitors charge. While they were doing the termite job, I asked them to also treat for roaches (I had only seen a couple roaches in the past 2 years), wasps (we had several active hives) and for ants (we had probably every species of ant you could think of). I was very pleased with the treatments. There is no longer evidence of termites, roaches, wasps or ants. There were so many dead ants, it was hard to believe. They are very professional and I highly recommend them to treat your pest problems.
