They finesse you into signing contract to charge you for 8 visits. They may or may not show up and do anything. Won't let you cancel. I had to cancel m debit card they have on file because they're still attempting to bill me though I no longer live at that address.

Lack of communication and liars! I was charged for services in February, and NO ONE CAME OUT! There was no calls for someone coming out.. but “their notes” say someone serviced the exterior of my home. Camera surveillance shows that was a lie.. i called and complained. I was told i would get serviced on the 13th of March, and i confirmed, Friday march 13th, and the rep said yes! well guess what, today is 3/13, no one showed AGAIN! I called and then told it was going to be Monday, March 30th! Now out of inconvenience I’m being moved to Monday 3/16.. now trying to cancel services, I’m told i would need to pay to cancel. And after my next service, i can then cancel! This company is ridiculous! $156 per visit that you probably won’t get.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out a solicitor named Tyler from BRD Pest Solutions. Earlier today he was going door-to-door in the neighborhood and, like any responsible community, someone immediately dropped his picture in the neighborhood group chat with the classic warning: “Heads up, solicitor in the area.” Naturally, the general response was, “Oh great, another door knocker…” But to my surprise, Tyler was not your average clipboard warrior. The guy was actually friendly, knew his stuff, and didn’t give off the usual “I learned everything about bugs 15 minutes ago in the company van” vibe. He was super easy to talk to, answered every question, and somehow made bugs sound like an organized crime ring he’s personally been investigating. It was honestly refreshing to meet a solicitor who actually knows what he’s talking about. If Tyler knocks on your door, don’t panic and post him in the group chat immediately like we did… he’s actually the real deal. Already found one mosquito getting gone.

Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Communication and customer service is terrible. The techs are the only good part of the company everything else is terrible. Do yourself a favor and chose a different company.

Finally finished their bs of a contract. The sales people will promise whatever they want to close a deal with you, despite the sales guys not being the ones doing the actual work oh and you will never see them again, they just throw you back to the general company phone number. The only reason why we went along with this "business" is because Tony, one of their sales people's assured us the technicians could help with a bee problem we have in the back. The poor technician they sent over couldn't even stand bees in the first place, so he sprayed whatever he had on the walls of the house and called it a day, which fair enough, I'm sure he doesn't get paid enough to be stung on the job. Soon after they send another guy and supposedly they don't even handle bees so for us this whole service was just a waste of time and money because they're treatment wasn't even effective. And to top it off, at a neighborhood meeting last fall, a handful of elderly neighbors, including my aunt, reported several of them were locked in for a contract despite never signing anything! And looking at the reviews, it looks like my neighbors weren't the only ones. Yes, you can pay to get out of the contract but its more expensive to pay that amount than just pay $50 every 3 months. After the first treatment and round of technicians coming by, we just decided to let them spray whatever mixture they claim to have and just interact with them the least we could. The sad part is, most of their clients will just research the company AFTER they get locked in with them. At least that was my mistake.

I didnt have any issues the first few months but recently I haven't actually gotten any service scheduled. Nothing has been sprayed the last few months but thats not stopped them from taking money out of my account. I would not recommend them to anybody!

Updated Review: After moving their sales people came to my neighborhood. After ignoring the neighborhood's "No Soliciting" sign They proceeded to lie to several of my neighbors, one being a sweet old lady undergoing cancer treatment of my intention to use their service(i had not agreed to this). I am disgusted by their actions.

I went with BRD Pest Control because their pricing was very affordable. I scheduled a service appointment, but no technician ever came —something I confirmed through my outdoor cameras and because my 80‑year‑old mother and my daughter were home at the time. After noticing a charge on my bank account, I called the company. The technician claimed he had come inside and sprayed both the front and back yard. This wasn’t accurate, especially since my back gate is locked and no one was given a key. They apologized and said someone would return, and the second visit did occur. The technician who came that time was great. The issue arose when I later received a $289 bill for the initial service and 2 months of service that never happened. I called several times, explained the situation, and even offered to provide Ring camera footage showing no one entered my home on the date they claimed. They declined to review the footage but assured me the account would be corrected. Unfortunately, the bill remained, and the lack of follow‑through has been very frustrating. While the second technician provided excellent service, the billing and communication problems left me disappointed overall.
