I'm just a roommate here but I was the one here when the man sprayed . He said he was only going to spray the kitchen. . He said especially will spray behind the refrigerator! He also said since I was sensitive to the smells or chemicals that I should go upstairs and stay away from the kitchen area for about an hour.. When I came down stairs I didn't smell anything which was great. But in the day's following,I only saw eight dead roaches. And in the days after that they are still all over the counter when I go to make coffee. These are nasty German cockroaches I should have at least saw about 30 of them dead or disabled

German roaches are one of the more difficult pests to control, and it’s common for them to require more than one service to fully eliminate since they reproduce so quickly. That said, we stand by our warranty process and always encourage clients to reach out right away if they are still seeing activity. Since we cannot confirm the account for us to reach out to you, we encourage you or your roommate to arrange another visit to ensure this infestation is fully resolved if it has not already been done so.

Disappointed. Tech couldn't even bother to call (or text) that he was running behind schedule. I knew the office was closed on Saturdays, but thought he still had my phone number. This was confirmed when he left the invoice (non-payable) in our front door saying he stopped by and we weren't home for him to provide service. We actually went to lunch because at the time we left, he was already 30 minutes late. “Always on Time, Courteous, Reliable“, that's in their website, and I STRONGLY disagree with that statement.
