I have known the owner for years as we worked together at my previous employer. He is the very best person and runs the very best company and crews. Man, where to start. I called them to help with whatever animal was walking a round in my attic. Alex showed up and inspected and set up an extruder. After later sending him a video w/ sound, we had to change our strategy after realizing it was a raccoon who left her five babies in the attic and then disappeared. Alex was hell-bent on making sure we rescued them since momma wasn't coming back and they were in a spot that was not easy to reach. We stayed in contact coming up with plans to get them out, which we accomplished, successfully. All five babies are now safe at the SPCA. I would not hesitate all in calling them again should I have another issue. Five stars for sure!!

4+ years ago we moved to Houston. Unknowing all about the different types of bugs we would encounter. We have several wasp nests and ants that I’ve never encountered- ghost ants. Saw their truck down the Street and called them for services. Fast forward and I’m beyond happy either way their service. Appreciate their knowledge and recommendations. Mother Nature belongs outside and so far that’s where they’ve been since using 99 Pest solutions.
