Strange that I’m seeing so many great reviews……not my experience at all. I’m a new customer that had a very poor first service….they missed several wasps nests around our outdoor kitchen. Things happen and I got busy and never called but today got a text reminding me of the next service which would be tomorrow (5/30/25). That text reminded me to reach out and remind them to get the wasps handled. All I received was arguments as to why they were overlooked…..after :45 minutes I just told them to cancel my acct. not sure how they are still in business with agents that don’t offer any kind of customer service what so ever

Called them to have my rat/mice problem handled and explained my issue. after being told they could service everything i needed i scheduled an appointment had them come out. After coming out i was told they can’t do a lot of what i need to be done. I signed up but what they were doing didn’t solve my issue. I wanted to cancel told it was canceled and then now a year later i find out my stuff has gone to collections. They sure know how to call everyday and try offer promotions on stuff they “can do”. But can cancel an account out and made me spend more money for them to go away. I contacted an another company and they went above and beyond to handle my issue.

Not happy - active termites, tech didn’t come and branch rescheduled me for several weeks out without asking if I was available - called to reschedule and only got the run around. Not happy with service to this point. Also paid in full up front and still not received service. Our quarterly treatment technician Derek Felice was extremely punctual and professional. Fox was very responsive to our REQUEST for service and Jaicee was awesome to work with our ongoing plan and scheduling our service but getting all of the services I paid for has proved to be a challenge.

I tried to give Fox an opportunity to rectify a billing matter however the rep I talked to over the phone was very dismissive as if my concerns were invalid. I requested Cancelation 60 days in advance, yet they still continued to bill me and attempt to charge my credit card on several occasions. In addition they charged a $150 cancellation fee when I was no longer under contract with them as of 2021. There are far better pest control companies available in DFW that don't take advantage of homeowners and the fact that they have your card info on file. I wonder how many customers they are billing without them noticing??

I was told a day prior that I would be receiving pest control service, well, the day of I never got a call so I called them and asked what the schedule looks like for them. She couldn’t give me an answer and told me it could be any time during the day. I let her know about my dog and some specifics, and she assured me that he would call me before he came. I never received a call and my dog has been in the backyard the whole time I would’ve easily put the dog inside, but now I know for sure that he never even went in the backyard or let alone in the house very very poor quality service. I’m going to cancel soon.

Been with the company for 2 years now, first year was fine however in the second year they continued to mess up my billing. They increased prices from the original contract and tried charging the increase. Second time they insisted I have to pay for their calculation mistakes from nearly 9 months back that they just found. Ended up paying extra just to get away. I've canceled my contract. I advise avoiding them as they don't seem to have their billing department working well. Trying to rectify the problems was a pain and not pleasant.

After using this company for 5 months, I canceled my contract due to lack of communication/coordinating dates for site visits to treat my home. I never received a door tag, email, phone call or text message to arrange a site visit from FOX. "IF" they did come by for 5 months, they only treated my front yard because the backyard is gated and locked. 🤔😏 10-06-22, I left a message with Chris for a manager to call me as of today, no phone call 😏 10-18-22, Thanks Michelle for addressing my concerns. I also received a call today from manager Dan. Thanks you!

I cancelled services after 1 year, didn’t care about the $150 cancellation fee. At this point I feel like I’ve wasted money so what’s another $150. I should’ve never left the company I had prior to this. I never had to call them to come back out after they sprayed. . On top of paying more than I was. My neighbors also had issues. I believe there’s only one using them and she’ll be leaving also. I will never allow anyone to persuade me as they did. Awful service! And when you tell someone you’re going to call back sending a text is just plain rude!

I absolutely do •not• recommend this company. One of their reps rang our doorbell today. The only reason I opened the door was that our yard man was outside mowing. (I thought maybe he had rung to ask us something.) There is a huge, prominent "No Soliciting" sign in block letters on a red background on our storm door. There's no way he didn't see it. I turned down his offer (to replace our current pest control that charges us maybe $150/year for their "affordable" service -- $80 for the first visit, then $37/month!) Then, a couple of hours later, a •second• representative from the same company rang the bell! So, they either can't read, or they are just so inconsiderate that they ignore posted signs on private property!
