How do you stay in business if you can't return voice mail calls?

HIGHLY RECOMMEND over every other company. Had a great experience with Christian and Kevin. They were extremely respectful, professional, honest, and thorough in helping me with my raccoon removal. They were quick to rearrange their schedules for the urgency and got to me within hours of me calling. They didn’t overcharge at all and gave me multiple options for continued upkeep down the road that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Very happy with their customer service and will be recommending to everyone.

I had a female racoon that decided to have her babies in my attic. I reached out to Christian and that same day, he had another gentleman named Christian come out and take a look. Christian #2 was great and did a very thorough inspection. At the time the mother didn't have the babies yet so we set up a one way trap on the entry point. After a day or two, the mother left but was able to break back in. Christian came back out for another try and was able to put some fluid down that would scare the racoons off. This worked after a few days and Christian #1 came out and fixed up the whole. This removal needed to be done humanely and these guys are real pros when it comes to getting the creatures removed from your house. Highly recommend, great customer service and very responsive. Excellent job guys and hopefully I never have to call again but if I do, you are the first people I am calling.

We didn’t have a wildlife problem per se, but our CAT decided to take a vacation in our attic. We couldn’t find him or get him to come out for almost two days. My husband and I were frantic. We tried everything. Coaxing him out with food & treats. All the usual stuff that typically works for our DOMESTICATED animal and NOTHING. We feared the worst since we could not get him to respond. We thought he was stressed, dehydrated and too weak to get himself out from wherever he was. After trying to seek help from our local animal control, vet AND fire department with no advice, we turned to AAAC. Christian was fantastic. He came out with his partner and was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very hardworking. He had a very calming presence which kept us from spiraling and assuming the worst. He communicated with us well (we were on vacation ourselves!) and kept us updated on all of the progress. They were also so sweet with our little boys who were at home. Christian and his partner were in our attic for approximately two and a half hours, crawling through insulation then ultimately used their thermal equipment to locate Mowgli. My husband and I genuinely felt like these guys were committed and went out of their way to help us in an emergency situation. We are so appreciative of them and will be recommending them to anyone who needs help with wildlife or domestic animal removal. Thank you Christian and team!

We have been dealing with a stinky smell for months on end and after having other providers out here with no luck, Christian and his team were the true professionals who got rid of a dead skunk in a peculiar spot of our attic. LOOK NO FURTHER THAN AAAC WILDLIFE REMOVAL OF FORT WORTH. And here is why. We had a Raccoon that chewed its way into the attic. After getting a couple very ridiculous estimates. I reached out to Christian at AAAC Wildlife Removal of FT/W. Christian came out and assessed the situation. Provided me with a very fair estimate and set up the live trap and captured the animal then went into the attic and removed the Baby Raccoon. Both the Mama and Baby were unharmed and relocated.And they even repaired the hole the Raccoon made with sheetmetal and painted it to match my home. Good as new! Christian and the other guys were amazing very respectful and very kind Christian came in like I got this asked questions and assessed the situation so my issue could be taken care of I would highley recommend him and his team but unfortunatly my issue has came back because of the cold and landlord not helping and taking precautions tried to get help again but was not able to so will have to look for someone else but I still would highley recommend these guys.

Christian and his team are amazing. We had a squirrel trapped in a gutter downspout. We wanted a humane and prompt solution. Christian was immediately responsive to our request. Highly recommend!!!

Christian is amazing - there was a nasty possum in my chicken coop and he came over and got the possum so my chickens weren’t killed.

AAAC answered the phone on a Sunday morning and later came out to remove a feisty trapped skunk. Certainly not a job I wanted to do myself but they handled it promptly 👍

They did amazing work and amazing customer service

AAAC Wildlife was referred to me by my neighbors. Christian had recently trapped/relocated several skunks and opossums for them and he came highly recommended. When we had a 5th raccoon in our attic, he came and immediately found 3 intrusion points left open by our roofers (one of which was softball-sized!). The roofing company had been out multiple times and couldn’t find where they were getting in. He took great care of the raccoon and sealed up the house. I can’t recommend AAAC Wildlife enough! They are very reasonably priced, care about customers and wildlife alike, and are meticulous in their approach to wildlife removal and intrusion prevention.

I contacted AAAC Wildlife for help and from the first initial call, I felt at ease. Christian was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and quickly scheduled a visit. He was very communicative and kept me updated on their arrival time. They were even able to come a day early. They thoroughly inspected my property, and explained everything to me and provided suggestions on things I could do. I appreciated Christian's honesty with me and that he didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary things. He pointed out stuff I didn't catch on my own and suggested an attic vent cover that I wouldn't have thought to do for preventive measures. They came out for an inspection and vent install over a two day period in some of the coldest weather we've had this winter season and worked effortlessly. About 5 years ago we had a squirrel in our attic.They came and set a live trap and removed him. They were knowledgeable and professional. Well we again needed them to check out the attic to see if we had friends in the attic! This time no critters found . Thank you! You guys are awesome!

Every once in a while you encounter a company that performs better than you ever imagined. This company has exceptional customer service. High integrity. Strong level of professionalism. Never tried to upsell. Christian took his time to inspect the property thoroughly, and make reasonably priced recommendations. Highly recommend!

Christian and his team were extremely responsive to my call asking for help regarding a squirrel eating through the eaves and into the attic of my 2nd story home. They came out the same day, put up and one way trap and once the attic was clear they sealed the entrance areas. No more damage! Fairly priced and very responsive: 10/10 would use them again.

Called a dozen times and they never answer their phone. You have to listen to music for at least 30 mins and then hang up. Not sure how they stay in business. Look elsewhere.

My wife and I were very impressed with these guys. We had some critters in our attic and we are glad we called them. They were quick to respond and started catching those critters the same day. All the repairs and preventative measures they installed on the house look original. Not to mention, very nice and trustworthy guy. We highly recommend these guys for wildlife removal.
