I have never in my life left a one star review. But white knight pest control earned it. This is your sign to go with a different pest control company- Unless you don’t mind shady salespeople. Sales guy said we had “active termites” (after using their services for almost a year) and we MUST do a preventative treatment NOW. The fear mongering is the issue. Why would a preventative treatment help an active issue? We got a second opinion. Bunch a BS is what the other company said. Oh it didn’t help the tech bragged about the commission he was making after the fact. Took us over 5 calls, one email, one letter, and 4 hours to get our service canceled by the way.

White Knight Pest Control is not a company I would recommend. To be fair, the technician who serviced my home was wonderful — kind, professional, and thorough. I truly appreciated her work. However, my experience with the billing department when I called to cancel after fulfilling my contract and relocating was extremely disappointing. I was spoken over, treated dismissively, and the tone of the representative was disrespectful and unnecessarily rude. I was never late on a payment and simply followed the cancellation instructions provided. Customer service during account closure matters just as much as service delivery. Unfortunately, this interaction overshadowed an otherwise positive service experience.

Hi, This is now my fourth or fifth email regarding the unsatisfactory services being provided, and I am extremely disappointed that I even have to write this again. My last service was completed on February 6, 2026. I have a two-story home, and before the technician began, we specifically asked whether he had a pressure sprayer capable of treating the roof line. He said yes. However, when we asked him to spray the roof line, he refused and claimed it was “poisonous and can harm people.” This explanation is frankly baffling. I have had this exact treatment performed by other pest control companies without issue. Either this was pure laziness or a company policy that was never disclosed to me both of which are unacceptable. To make matters worse, the sales representative who signed me up clearly stated that during every service visit the technician would: • Apply granules to the grass • Treat the weep holes • Spray both the front and backyard • Pressure spray the roof line (specifically because I have a two-story home) These commitments are not being met. The service I am receiving does not match what was promised when I signed up. At this point, I would like clarity on how much time remains on my agreement. More importantly, I expect to cancel this service without any penalty, given that your company has failed to uphold its stated commitments.

This place is a rip off. They target new residents in new communities and offer 1st service at 1 cent. They don't do a good job and when you want to cancel you're on the hook for $500.00. Honestly you do better going to home depot spraying around your own house. They can keep me in the credit bureau They will never get paid. Im sure they are in the BBB for scamming everyone

Grayson below is spot on. They told my wife that they would like her to sign for some information and give some contact info so that they would be able to reach us. Then they proceeded to send a technician to service our address the next day. I immediately caught him before he even started spraying our house and told him that we do not have an account with Wight Knight pest control. He threw his equipment in the back of his truck and drove off as if he was doing something criminal. Then I proceed to get a bill for one spray of my house which never happened for $324. 75. I sent multiple emails to which they said they couldn’t help me that I had to call in. After calling in multiple times and being put on hold. I finally was able to reach someone to which they said it would be 7 to 10 business days before they could close my account and take the charge off and that’s if their manager approved the charge to be removed. This company is scamming people into contracts and they are doing it in a very shady, probably illegal way. DO NOT TALK TO THEM! Attached is my account and email in case they try to say they don’t have an account for me on file.

I rarely add reviews, but I think this is something for everyone to keep in mind. We decided to try White Knight because one of our neighbors recommended them. The first visit was pretty good, but the next few people that showed would brush a couple windows in our house and leave within just a few minutes. (Yes, I was watching them from my window to be sure). Money got tight so I called their support line several times and received no answer. Left several voicemails with no call back. They kept sending technicians and I told about 3 that I had requested a cancellation in my voicemails and over e-mail. It was not until the last one came by when they told me there was a special way that you had to cancel and that it was "confusing" on how to do it. Fast forward to today, I am now getting texts from a Debt Collector to pay off the rest of my annual contract that I had no idea I was signing up for. Worst experience ever. Do not use them!

I dislike writing a negative review of a company, but I knew better than to get involved with this one. I knew that when the guy came to my door it was going to be something that I didn't want to get involved in. Long story short, the guy didn't tell me that there was a contract involved, and that there was a monthly payment for their services. I thought I was signing for the one service. Then when I tried to let them know that I didn't want their service after one day of receiving the service, they charged me $200.00. Fyi, this is a contract! And the office staff is nasty, and I was too.

I signed up for a quarterly pest control service, which I understood to mean one service every three months for a fixed price. In practice, the company scheduled services more frequently, about every two months, without clearly explaining that this would still count as “quarterly” service. When I later tried to cancel, they claimed I had already received all my quarterly services and charged me for remaining months. This led to hours of back-and-forth calls. They eventually reduced the charge, but only after significant pressure. The issue is not that services were not provided. The issue is misleading advertising and unclear billing practices. If a service is effectively bi-monthly, it should be advertised that way. Customers should not be surprised with charges when they try to cancel. I recommend reading the contract very carefully and asking detailed questions about service frequency before signing.

I had service with White Knight, and I do not have complaints about the service they provided. I do have major issues with the cancelation and how it occurred. I called them and stated that I wanted to stop services. At that time, I was between jobs and did not need the extra bill. So, a couple months go by, and I get a phone call that my home has been serviced and I now owe them for that service. I was not notified of the timing of said service, no one was home, and both of my back gates were locked, so if anyone actually came by, they would have only been able to provide a partial spray of my property. Now I am getting collections notices and warnings for a treatment I did not request. Customer Service was incredibly rude when I called to get a resolution. It's less the money and more the principle behind a business charging me for a treatment I never asked for. I would appreciate a resolution from ownership.

Absolutely terrible service. I called initially for rat/mice in my house and was reassured that that would not be an issue to be taken care of. I'm almost a year into my contract now and I still have rats. And some of them are huge now because they're growing. It's kind of ridiculous actually. Point being I've called roughly five times over the one year that I've been under their contract to tell them about this and my cries fall on deaf ears. I guy has come on a couple different occasions and sprayed some stuff and walked around the house and that was it. Their services are cheap you get what you pay for. Do not use this company or recommend this company to anybody. When I called their customer service to cancel the service, the first person was rude and didn't like my explanation of why I was canceling the service because they're not actually doing their job and killing the rats. And then they told me they needed to speak to my wife so I put her on the phone and then they said I had to call back from my wife's phone number which I did immediately. And then retention tells us we have to buy out of our contract early which is fine. But the second person was a little snappy and rude too. They probably need a retrain some of their people on customer service and what polite is. Again, all who read this. Don't ever use this service.

Listen to the Google reviews if you’re considering this business. I had a contract with them in Southern California. Their sales pitch promised appointment notifications a week in advance and flexibility to adjust. In reality, they email you at 5 pm the night before, then show up unannounced the next day - calling the job “done” after spraying outside. A week later, I came home to spider webs everywhere. They don’t give an estimated arrival window, so if you want any interior treatment, you basically have to stay home all day. I’ve tried three companies, and while none were great, this one was the most expensive: $199 to start, then $178 every two months. Worst value by far.
