Chris was a great pest control tech. I love when they let me know what they used and what was treated. However, this service is quite expensive for me personally. 48 USD a month, but routine treatments are every 3 months. However, they can come for certain issues without additional charge whenever you schedule. It really is just paying for the convenience of not having to spray or deal with pests directly yourself. I've had a great experience so far.

Berrett Pest Control engaged in what can only be described as deceptive sales practices. I called specifically requesting a one-time treatment. During the sales call, I was pushed into a service agreement after being explicitly told they were running a special and that I could cancel at any time without penalty. That statement was the deciding factor in agreeing. When I later called to cancel, I was told — conveniently — that it was actually a term contract and could not be canceled. I asked them to review the original sales call, as they were very clear about the “cancel anytime” claim. I was told they would listen to the recording and call me back. They never did. I called again and spoke with a manager who claimed she would personally listen to the call. She later called back and admitted she did not listen to it herself, saying someone else did. They refused to provide the recording and simply said they were “standing by the agreement.” So let’s be clear: They upsell you under one set of terms, refuse to acknowledge what was said on their own recorded call, refuse to share the evidence, and then continue billing you anyway. This is bait-and-switch behavior and shows a complete lack of honesty and accountability. If this is how they treat customers when there’s a dispute, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU WITHOUT SERVICES!!!! I hired them for pest control (thinking they were the best and most affordable option), they send me a contract for 3 months (came only one time to my house). They have been charging my credit card now for 5 months! once they have your credit card, they will keep making charges, and when you call them they just create excuses and dont solve anything.

They have been helping me with an ant problem for over three weeks without any improvement. It is difficult to schedule service because they only do time windows. The tech during my second service left without saying anything. Only giving 2/5 because the people on the phone are kind and considerate.

I had given them a five-star review, but I'm changing that. There was no same day or next day service as they advertise, I had to wait several days to get an appointment on last Saturday. I needed them to treat my house inside and outside for fleas. I did everything I was supposed to do I raked the yard away from my house and I watered the ground inside I picked everything up off the floor I carted the cats out to the shed while giving them capstar to take care of any fleas on them this was quite an ordeal. They gave me a 2-hour window. At the end of that 2 hours I called, and it took me five phone calls to find out nobody was coming. The manager knew that the person had called in sick but they didn't call this customer to tell me he wouldn't be here. I spent hours getting my house ready for them and nobody showed up then they rescheduled me for today. After the wind storm last night all the leaves are blown up against the house. So it won't do any good to spray the outside because they're just spraying leaves. I was and still am so angry at this company for taking my money when I have paid monthly for over a year. And they can't even let their customers know that a technician is not coming when they had an appointment. I would like my $50 that I paid for the flea pills that I gave the cats. I've had issues with this company before, but this time topped it all. After reading other reviews, it seems they did this to another customer a week ago. No call, no show.

RUN! I admit I was lazy and signed up for ongoing treatments without doing the math. But here's what it is: $50/month for ONE quarterly treatment. You read right: it's $150 PER TREATMENT. When I finally figured this out and wanted to cancel it took me over an hour and multiple phone calls. Disgusting way to do business. I wish I could do more than leave this review.

Had them come out for a carpenter ant problem. We were told a $500 external treatment would handle the issue. It did not. We called them back out 2 months later because the ants were still dropping their frass in the room. The guy that came out said we needed a different service, not the one we had. So we were out $500 and told we needed to spend more money. I called and tried to talk to someone a few months ago and got no information. Just called again today to try and find out more info about what needed to be done and why we would be charged more. Was passed on to two different people and finally given an answering machine. FIND ANOTHER SERVICE.

Absolutely terrible experience. Do NOT use this company. They completely botched a raccoon trapping job and ended up causing over $1,400 worth of damage to our HVAC system by placing the cage incorrectly. On top of that, they tracked fecal matter and debris throughout my home numerous times. I had Orkin come in for a second opinion, and even their technician commented on how unsafe and careless the work was and not up to state code. I’m now stuck with a massive repair bill and the headache of fixing what they ruined. Unprofessional, unsafe, and negligent. Save yourself the trouble and hire literally anyone else.

BEYOND PISSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! I had a technician come by and spray my home today. He tracked muddy footprints ALL throughout my ENTIRE house!!! It’s all over the floor, the carpet, on my children’s play-mats in their bedroom, and playroom. He even went as far as stepping on my 4yr old son’s BED!!!!! WHAT!!!!! THE!!!!!! HELL!!!! We have four very small children. They crawl all over the floors, play, etc. Therefore we do NOT allow shoes in our home WHATSOEVER!!! My youngest 1yr old child is IMMUNE COMPROMISED… we keep our house SPOTLESS because we have to, she gets sick easily and ends up in the hospital for 3-4 days every. single. time. I spent over an hour mopping up every single bit of mud but it’s all over my carpets and I don’t have the right equipment to properly clean it up. This is totally unacceptable. Did this man not have any human decency?!?! The footprint on my son’s bed is my breaking point!!! Frustrated, upset, pissed off, all of the things!! I am DONE with this company!!

Had high hopes for this company. We were scheduled for service on Thursday from 11-1pm and ensured our baby sitter could leave with our baby within those hours. At 1pm we noticed they had not shown up and my husband called and said they weren’t going to make it. They completely no showed to 11-1pm service schedule. I was rescheduled for Friday 3-5 and called to re confirm and was told by a nice lady they will not be performing the service. I got a call from Lindsey saying that they could not service me due to the INCORRECT price the technician gave me of $40 however that was their mistake not mine, more over be cautious lol
