Had been using Trugreen for more than 10-12 years on 3 different properties until I fired them for complete lack of performance and follow through. Once I found ABC Home & Commercial Services, I always scheduled service for the days when I would be home so I could see what their performance was like. With Trugreen they would literally zip in and zip out in as little as 7 minutes (no kidding). ABC Home & Commercial Services seemed to always do their due diligence regardless of the time. They not only stretched out their hoses to spray the lawn but, during the same service, they followed through with their backpack spray bottle to hone in on individual weeds that were sporadic throughout. My guy, Pete, is very friendly and I couldn't recommend him enough. ABC Home & Commercial Services are truly professionals in my book. They are always timely and do what they say and at a reasonable price. There isn't even a close resemblance of my yard now when comparing to what Trugreen would do to what ABC Home & Commercial Services does, it is totally like night & day difference. One year I challenged Trugreen to get rid of the sticker burrs, even if it cost me ALL my grass, which I could later replace...it was literally that bad. After my challenge to Trugreen, a couple years Trugreen confessed they would never be able to get rid of those sticker burr problems. Well, after 1.5 years or less of service with ABC Home & Commercial Services they have all but eliminated them. In the summer of 2025, I probably gathered less than enough to fill one of those plastic Wal-Mart bags they provide. I can't say enough great things about ABC Home & Commercial Services.

ABC Pest Control has done a great job eradicating our Mole infestation. Good people.

Had 3 visits to remove moles from my yard. After the last visit, I was told the moles were gone. In a couple of days, the moles were still there. Paid $560 for 3 visits and nothing was accomplished. If I had continued to have them come out. it would have cost $127 per visit. I think he said it would be one visit a month. The carbon monoxide treatment did not work. Try another company.

I had a special need to treat for possible roaches behind an old dishwasher being replaced in the kitchen. I called the office to check on Jonathan's availability on such short notice. I thank the ABC team for making this happen on such a quick turn time. The treatment was applied in the empty space before replacement. Excellent work. Thank you. Mark C

This company claims to provide Handy man services. The workmanship was extremely poor. The scheduling was so bad that it took an excessive amount of time because the handy man had to keep leaving my job to go to another one. Do not give them a credit card. They charged me for work not performed. Do not use this company.

Brad is on time and performed his job throughly and professionally. He is attentive to our needs. Very pleasant to work with. Today he treated 80 fire ant mounds! An exceptional effort. Thanks BRAD

There services for gophers are a waste of money!!!!I still had gophers after they came out several times,it was ridiculous!I went and bought GOPHER GASERS at the feed store and they were more affective than there carbon monoxide they pump in the ground!Save yourself some MONEY! Go to any feed store and get the Gopher GASERS,you’ll thank me later!!!!!!!!

Punctuality is not in our technician's repertoire. From the initial treatment through the current follow-up treatments, he has never been on time. Our experiences do not seem to be typical of other reviews. The technician seems to do good work when he's here, it's just getting him here, on time, that's the issue.

Jonathan did an excellent job servicing our property. He communicated well with my husband. Would highly appreciate him being our service representative in the future.

Jonathan was very helpful, I had not left my animals up as requested and he was nice enough to call me. Since I am close he sprayed the front while I hurried to the house and took care of the animals and access to the back yard. Always helpful!

Just called and the girl had to put me on hold twice and then had to look up sq ft of house to determine what price would be and then doesn't spray for everything. She sounded like she didn't know what she was doing.

Was supposed to comes out and do 3 total treatments and one of the technicians came out and did only 2 treatments and wernt even the right job done only did part of the house and then left will never come back to this company for any services again

I'm sorry I won't be using any of their services I had Jeff come out and give me a bid to kill the moles in my yard front and back he quoted me 250 per treatment I needed 3 treatment so I sign the paperwork pete came out i showed him were they were he got just before it was getting dark he got half of the front yard about 45mint the second trip he got here at 415pm it was getting dark he did the other half of the front yard about 45mint so i told him a hole treatment is front and back yard he didn't like that so I called Jeff and told him what was happening he said he would check into it pete came out for third trip i told him I needed my back yard and front done so he reschedule he came back out and did the front and back yard called office to see when pete was coming back to finish they said i got my 3 treatment i called Jeff and told him I got cheated on two treatment at 250 each he said he would come bye waited for two weeks no call and no show he wanted more money and my yard is full of moles so I canceled the contract with them i was sold a complete treatment not half a treatment at 250 per shot

The technician Ian performed his duties professionally and treated my home with care.

Tried to set up an inspection for my property in Tyler on two different occasions and each time no one showed up or called to cancel.

The first time they came which was in summer, I paid $150 for them to get rid of the water bugs. Eventually ended up coming back 2 other times because nothing had changed. I wanted to do it 1 time, not every few months for $88 for something that didn’t even get rid of the problem. A man showed up at my door while my son was napping, knocked several times waking him up. I did not receive a call from anyone saying they were stopping by. I answered the door and asked what he was doing, he said he was here to go over the house. I said I don’t want to do it again. I never agreed to a 1 year service agreement. I didn’t sign a contract. He got extremely rude with me after I told him no, and especially because nobody notified me, he just showed up. He said some rude things and stormed off. Defiantly wont be recommending this place, or telling anyone about it. If that’s how you want to do business then I want no part of it!!!
