Was definitely pleased with the extermination service provided by Alex. Such a down to earth person to work with. He really helped put my mind at ease with an insect problem I was having. Highly recommend!

Raul came out for our initial service today. He was very nice, professional, and quick with service. He made sure we had all our pest control needs taken care of and answered all my questions (it’s pet safe!). Can’t wait to see how well it works!

Communication is great. We always get a notification reminder of the scheduled appointment. The technician is always timely and friendly. If an unscheduled visit is necessary, they are responsive and accommodating.

had no idea what carpet beetles were until they started causing me serious problems—I'd never heard of them before! Turns out I'm allergic, and their presence led to terrible burning skin pain and irritation that was really affecting my daily life. Stride Pest Control was amazing from the first call: their prices are extremely reasonable, they truly understood my concerns and got technician Raul out to my home in Live Oak the very next day. Raul was absolutely incredible—he's the star of this whole experience! Super professional, friendly, knowledgeable (he explained everything so clearly and made me feel heard), and incredibly thorough. He took his time to treat every area properly without rushing, and his attention to detail made all the difference. Thanks to Raul and Stride, the carpet beetles are under control, the burning pain is gone, and I finally feel relief in my home. I'm so thankful for their quick, caring service—Raul is outstanding, and I highly recommend requesting him if you can! 5 stars forever."

11.19.2025 - 1st Appointment - Stride Pest Control Tech: Gerrit My experience with your Tech named "Gerrit" was great. He was very understanding and was able to answer the questions that I have asked for clarification. This was my first pest control visit and I know now that Stride Pest Control will be handling our bug issues from now on. Jim was also the person within the company to make this appointment for Stride to come in today, Wednesday 11/19/2025 in the afternoon. Gerrit fully explained what treatment liquid he was using and if it was safe with my two dachshunds after the spray dries. He said yes and after the spray dries. I would like to not get eaten my fleas within the neighborhood and finally my legs will be safe from being bitten during the day and night. As soon as I found out that our prior Pest Control Service was not in business anymore as his phone was disconnected when I called a few days ago, then I looked at "YELP" for pest control services and Stride Pest Control was the first one that came up and with 5-Stars, I was convinced that this Pest Control was going to be epic, and Yelp was correct. Everyone that I've talked to there so far, has been nice, understanding, and gave full transparency, which I think is better in the long run to tell us customers on what needs to be done in the interim before they come back out again during/after the 3 months. Gerrit also said that if we see other bugs in the next few days/weeks/months is to just call Stride Pest Control and they will come to my house and do a follow-up spray. I'm also glad that the spray inside my house doesn't have a smell at all which won't disturb my dogs and husband. I was glad I made the call to Stride Pest Control. If anyone is looking for a reputable pest control service, get Stride Pest Control and they have different plans that they can work with you and be within your budget. We have the Premium Plan and it covers everything that they have and can treat in and around my house. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 02.26.26 - 2nd Appointment - Stride Pest Control Tech: Raul R. Raul texted me earlier that he was going to be arriving at my house to do the spraying of the inside and outside of my house. Raul was very nice, understanding, and was able to answer all the questions that I needed answered. He was very professional with his work and if I can give him 10 stars, I would. This is our 2nd Stride Pest Control appointment and we are still happy with the services that Stride Pest Control has given us. Since we had the first appointment last November 2025, we just found only 1-2 spiders in the house which is a great sign as we know now that Stride Pest Control uses the best products with having control of these pests. We will continue to use Stride Pest Control from now on. Again, Raul R. was great and very professional with what he was doing either inside and/or outside of my house. Thank you for today Stride Pest Control.

Just wanted to share with everyone what a great experience I've had with Stride Pest Control, specifically with Garrett and Raul. Both techs have worked on my home over the past three or so years. They are friendly, respectful, courteous, and very good at their work. They always ask where I've seen any pests and explain what they will do. If they need to treat inside the house, they are careful to put on covers over their shoes so as not to track dirt or pesticide inside. Overall I've had very good interactions with them and hope to continue with them and Stride Pest Control for a long time!

Did well and covered the whole home, inside and out. I would have liked if he checked in with us before he left. We had a mouse living in the garage that we would have preferred him to check out but he took off without letting us know after he was done. We were going to speak to him about that before departing. Oh well.

They did not spray the inside of my home. And…made excuses as to why it wasn’t done!

We have been using Stride Pest Control for over a year and have a service agreement with them. Raul is our service tech. We are very happy with Raul, he listens, asks questions and is thorough. In the past we had an ant infestation and it was difficult to get someone on the phone and get service out promptly. We haven't had another situation like that so hopefully that has been resolved.

Raul has been the best pest control and most consistent. However, he did need to come back and reservice after someone else came in his place. Very considerate and on time. It use to be easy to reschedule with the front desk but they are had to reach now.
