BUGCO Pest Control

I usually don't leave reviews but I was extremely impressed with the technician Devien that came to service our house. He patiently answered every question I had, took the time to go above and beyond and he checked for any other issues that we may have around the house. Technicians in the past have been fine but I will be requesting Devien again.

We have been using BugCo for our quarterly pest treatments for over 8 years. We had our quarterly pest treatment on Thursday 3/5/26. BugCo technician Matthew Collazo did a great job, looking, finding, eliminating, and treating the pests. He was on-time, and is knowledgeable, considerate, and thoughtful. Through proper treatment and chemicals, BugCo has been able to maintain an effective exterior barrier to bugs, spiders, and ants. Their price is very competitive - yet very effective. Thank you.

Devien completed my services today and he was Very thorough and treated my entire property. He gave suggestions for maintaining a safe pass free environment and I will say that I have been using Buco for a number of years now and I think they do an extremely good job or servicing our area.

We started using Bugco in February after moving into a home with roaches and wasps! Matt came out today and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with my never ending list of questions. He had lots of solutions to help get as bug free. I don't know if I can, but I'll be requesting he comes back for our services in the future!

We got a tv hung up on our fireplace and they drilled a hole above the flue for the wires…well then we woke up to wasps and yellow jackets flying all around!! I called Bugco and they got Sam the Bug man out here the same day!! He was amazing!! He filled up the hole, treated our home inside and out, and gave me some advice on what to expect/do next. I’m so very thankful for Sam and Bugco for coming out late, solving the problem for us and putting my mind to rest!

I can’t say enough great things about our experience! Sam came out to provide a second opinion on the work that another pest control company provided to us and I’m so glad we did. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly personable, friendly, and easy to talk to, you could tell right away that he genuinely cared about doing a thorough job. He took his time inspecting every area carefully and pointed out several errors and oversights from the previous inspection that no one else had noticed. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and gave honest, practical advice without trying to upsell or pressure us. His attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. Jovan was absolutely amazing! Honestly the best technician we have ever had. All Bugco techs were great truthfully. Jovan was just top tier. He explained everything thoroughly, asked clarification questions to make sure I understood. He was very personable and kind and made sure to spray even places I did not think of plus recommendations to help improve specific areas in the yard. worst service I have seen he was in and out of the house is less than 10 min and he said he treated the outside and all the front and back yard that I did not see him doing it and did not see any wet areas anywhere

Service is fine, unfortunately they choose to bug you about following up instead of just letting you come to them when you need service. Not very customer orientated as far as a business is concerned. People dont like spam phone calls and voice mails.

DECEPTIVE DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! I recently moved to an older home and although it was fully inspected prior to purchase, i still found termites. A friend recommended Bugco. The first thing on their website says “call for a free estimate” so i called and made an appointment for a free estimate. They sent an email confirming the appointment and nowhere said there’s a charge. The technician came out and i showed him my problem. He said the company doesn’t even do the service i need and farm it out to another company who already came out and provided a free estimate. he said he would complete his measurements and suddenly demanded payment of $194.80 for the estimate. I was in a rush and so stunned i didn’t think to send him away immediately. I reached out afterwards to point out that the website stated estimates are free, he responded that some estimates are free and some that take longer are not. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY.

Run as far away as you can from this company. We had an issue in our home where the pests would not go away. We discovered from Bugco themselves one of their technicians was using the wrong product and actually worsened the problem in our home. Bugco would not refund nor were apologetic for causing the issue in my home. Their offer was to bring out the technician to retrain him on how to spray for pests. Really? Waste more of my time and not offer a refund for making my family and small children deal with this? Horrible company. We were inconvenienced for months trying to deal with this and it is still not resolved. There response was we will have to let the "high ups" contact you. I still have not been contacted.

Will tell you that you have termites. Destroy trim and Sheetrock in your house. Deny they did it when it’s all been recorded. They operate from a storage shed. And after all that 3 reputable companies verified there’s no termites. Gonna be a fast lawsuit. Wouldn’t let me leave zero stars. If you’re reading this. Don’t do it. Save yourself.

Teach your techs how to drive. Almost got hit twice by one of your drivers.

Wow. Everytime I see one of these trucks the person driving is on the their phone talking and or texting. Geez. Show some class guys.

"Terrible. I was told and sold one thing when I signed up with your company, and told something completely different by the technician that came out. I asked for and was told they would spray inside. He said no. I said we have ants in the lawn, he wanted to charge for that. I told him about stuff on the inside and he wanted to charge for that too? So what was I paying for to begin with? Terrible experience overall. Called and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told "everyone is busy" and I would get a phone call by the end of the day. That never happened either."

awful customer service. called for a quote on termite control. A ball park figure of how high it would cost and the customer service person said he just started working and he doesn't know any prices of the services.
