I have been using Arrow exterminator, I believe it’s been almost 4 years. The termite treatment and continuation has been great! They keep up with the inspections of the termite traps and hand out a report each time. They also do extermination bugs And insects inside and outside the house. Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. They showed up on the scheduled time, and were thorough on their inspection of my property.

I can get my quarterly treatments without having to be here. I never have bugs and that is one thing I don't have to worry about. Doing business with Arrow is so easy and pleasant.

The one area where there could be improvement is making appts for indoor spraying more accessible and available.

This is my go to company for pest control maintenance. They have awesome service and technicians. They always understand my concerns and they make every effort to address them. I truly enjoy having them as my pest control maintenance team.

They were knowledgeable and professional. But it seems like all the Exterminators have agreed on a base price and its ridiculously high! I can do the same thing myself for 1/4 the cost.

I live in an apartment. Our home was infested with fleas while we went on vacation. I have an indoor cat that never go outside. Arrow Exterminators is the company our complex uses which I had to fight to get someone in there. We have security cameras in the house and we watched as it took the exterminator 9 minutes to "spray" the home! 9 minutes!!! I called the owner of the company and all he could say is I am sorry and told me he cannot do anything I have to deal with the apartment management. Seriously! Your employee did not do his job and I have video footage of it and my home is still infested with fleas after almost a month. Now I have to have the inconvenience of leaving my home for another 4 hours and trying to find a place for my cat!

Giving them a one star rating is way to high for Arrow Exterminators, but zero stars was not offered. When I called to get a quote from Arrow, I was told treatment would be $88 quarterly. I told them I had issues with fleas, and they said when I needed a flea treatment, it would be $115, but the initial visit would be $150. After their initial treatment, there was slightly a reduction in fleas, but three weeks later, the house was infested again. My one year old daughter had bites all over her body. I called to get the house treated again, since they told me if I ever saw any pests, it would be covered. They then told me that fleas were not part of the 3 month guarantee, and that flea treatment was only a 30 day guarantee. Then, when they sprayed my home for another quarterly visit, I told them I needed another flea treatment done. I payed the $115 prior to service, then right after treatment, I received a bill for $88 plus tax. I emailed them asking why I received a bill and they stated that was an automatic statement that goes out after service. They stated my balance was 0 since I payed the $115 prior to treatment. A couple weeks later, I’m informed that the rep that responded to me was incorrect, and I did in fact owe $88 on top of the $115 because the $115 is for fleas ONLY. Had I been informed of all of this when quoted, I would have went elsewhere. That has to be the most expensive pest service in Corpus Christi....and the treatment doesn’t even work!!!! Prior to Arrow Pest Control acquiring Certified Pest Control, rates were $88 quarterly and that included fleas. They didn’t just have a 30 day guarantee on fleas, but the full 3 months. How is Arrow getting away with charging double the price for a poor quality product?! My advise to everyone when they ask for recommendations on an exterminator is “NOT ARROW”.
