The tech in charge of removal of old attic insulation and blowing in the new insulation was fantastic! I had already been impressed with the commitment to customer service of all of the Critter Stop people with whom I had come in contact, but there was no one better than the insulation tech! He communicated well and went above and beyond to get my job completed, including staying late to finish so that they would not have to come out again. Other companies can learn from Critter Stop about how to attract people who are well-versed in the lost art of polite/professional customer service.

I am very disappointed and very upset at this company for their lack of communication, clarity, and unresponsiveness. The first year went by smoothly, once the second year started I started to get multiple transactions for the same amounts during the same month. I never got a call back with clarification what the charges were for and so I disputed them. Still no one ever called me back. Then, after that was enough, the following month, I received a charge for $400 out of no where. I called and seeked clarification as to what and why, since I was unaware what it was for, and still no one ever called me back. I made another dispute with my card company and left it disputed with the credit card company. Well eventually they called me back and mentioned it was an annual termite charge. At that point, when they called, I had already cancelled my service. They mentioned the annual termite charge was $250 and the other $150 was for a service that was completed but not paid on my behalf. (I don't understand how I didn't pay if they had my card information and authorized to auto debit.) This company lost my trust with their billing department and its ridiculous how they are blaming me for not paying when they had my card info. Fast forward several months, I cancelled my service with them months ago and last week they snuck in and took another $400 from my account. I called back today 10/25 and no one seems to know where and why and because I called in cursing and yelling, they hung up on me and told me I still owe them money, that they will turn my account into collections and affect my credit. This company is a JOKE! I cancelled a month after their hidden annual termite fee and feel like I don't need to pay $250 for their termite fee since I did not renew my service with them and cancelled with them completely for the non-calrification about the fee. They sent out a letter threatening to take legal action for two transactions of $64.95 and so I call them only for them to tell me that I still have their "Sentricon" termite stations. In the letter they sent they mention that they will pick up their Sentricon stations due to non-payment. I asked them to give me back my $250 for the annual charge but they won't give me back my money or do they want to pick up the Sentricon stations. Apparently, we are renting the Sentricon stations. DO NOT ACCEPT SERVICE or they will charge whatever they want, when they want, and have the audacity to threatened to send you to collections and on purposely damage someone credit. They have a cluster $*%$ going on in their billing department and are BLAMING ME FOR NON-PAYMENT....please..I PAY MY BILLS WHEN THEY ARE RIGHTFULLY CHARGED.. I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION BEFORE IT SHOWS UP ON MY CREDIT REPORT FOR NON-PAYMENT TO A PREST CONTROL COMPANY...... REALLY. A PEST CONTROL COMPANY. I hope your attorneys are as brave as you Buckaroo! Update: it is now 12/16/24, several years since I have ever used this company. They have put me through to collections and claim I owe them $2,459. I'm not sure how they came up with this number but as you can see, clearly they are TRASH!!!

While I cannot speak first hand to your experience nor undo the past, I want to assure you and other potential customers that we are overhauling the previous billing process to prevent issues like this from occurring in the future. Additionally, all customer concerns will be immediately raised to me for more immediate and decisive resolution. We aim to communicate quickly, clearly, and be fair in all of our dealings. <br><br>Because this occurred >2 years ago, current team members do not have first hand knowledge. All I can see is that between 4/22 and 6/22, $178.61 was credited to your account for unpaid invoices and $64.95 was refunded. Parking illegally in front your clients’ homes should not be allowed. Texas Traffic Code 545.302 I'm pretty sure y'all could have parked in front of that customer's driveway or just parked in compliance with Texas law, and you would have been able to manage getting the hose out of the back of the truck.

Buckaroo survived our house for bed bugs about 4 months ago. We did everything g they told us to do. We bought new mattress and box spri gs, new bedding and new carpet. Guess what the bed bugs are back. We havent traveled , nobody but my husband and I have been in the bed. They won't back up their services. They said I only have a 30 day guarantee. He was not willing to come back and spray again. So I would not recommend him to anyone. .
