Critter One of New Braunfels

Final upate: they installed a rodent guard as a fix while we where at work. Is it what we thought we were getting, no. Does it get the job done, yes. The story as to how we got to this point varies every conversation we have with the company, but the final work quality was satisfactory. The communication and continuity is definitely wanting but got my coworkers a laugh today. While the removal of the birds was done, they put up a rodent guard that is.... awful to look at and not installed properly (apparently it was a "one way" to remove a rong tail cat that was also using the same vent as the birds?). After assuring us they would install a vent cover to replace the one that had broke causing the issue to boot. Hopefully, they will fix their shoddy handwork as they already charged our card for the the shoddiest bait and switch job I have seen in years as they insisted on preforming the service while we were at work.

I thought our problem was beyond repair. I was skeptical but they did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE & WASTE OF MONEY!!! They don't call back and don't remove critters like they say they do. I had to chase out the racoon problem I had inside my bedroom wall myself after a month of no success on their part. They did get rid of some rats in the attic, however, rats were also seen coming out of in holes at my front porch. After waiting on call backs with no response, I was finally told by the front desk that the rodent problem has to be inside the house in order for them to handle it. Currently, I have a problem with armadillos tearing up my yard digging up to 14" holes and is now digging into my potted plants on my back porch. I called Critter One and again I was told that the rodent would have to be a problem "in the house". However, for an extra $350 cages could be put out to capture the armadillos. I have paid an outrageous amount of $2,360 and I am outraged and upset with this company's useless service. I now have the extra expense due to this current critter problem without any help from this company! Shame on me for not reading the entire contract and shame on Critter One for NOT INFORMING ME of the "do's & don'ts" of the services offered in my contract. Their salesman, Robert, as told by me of other those holes at my front porch and he told me we will tackle that later on once we take care of the racoon situation in the attic. No solution on their part whatsoever to date.

I highly recommend Critter One New Braunfels for any wildlife issues you are experiencing in your home! They are very professional and responsive. They had someone come out to inspect the same day and was able to get me scheduled for maintenance the following day. Ethan was outstanding and took the time to explain everything to me from where the animals were getting in to what exactly they would do to fix the problem and prevent it from happening again. They even offer a 15 month guarantee!! I have never heard of that from any other wildlife company! They are awesome :)
