I’ve used Monitor for over 10 years at my personal home and rental properties. They are always thorough and professional. I have a large property with a pool. The stay on top off any beds and wasp issues. I highly recommend them.

Monitor is awesome! Timely, professional, effective, and reasonably priced. Kyle is the technician that they send out to my house for every service, and he's especially helpful. Always takes time to answer my questions and he is incredibly knowledgeable.

Horrible inspections, I had them come twice to view my property in July (once and employee once an owner), both times they stated there was no rodents and no need for treatment. Not only did I get a video of one jumping on my countertops the next month but this week we found multiple holes in our walls. Icluding a hole in our pantry from the attic. We have also had to get rid of 6 (so far) baby rats that our cat has caught from a nest under our fridge. This is the reason I'm writing a review now. That incorrect inspection has led to damage to our house.
