Absolutely incredible experience! The things that kept me from hiring anyone were long contracts, expensive up front fees, and/or lack of price transparency. All of their prices are online, they are incredibly reasonable for the thorough level of care they provide, and there are no contracts. Everyone I talked to was so warm, knowledgeable and professional. With so many companies it can be hard to know who to trust. The best in NB!

My only regret is not calling them sooner. We tried every DIY solution, and kept thinking we could handle out any situation on our own. Fast forward to me, moving a basket of clean laundry, and getting attacked by fire ants that had made their way into our clean clothes. I knew we needed professional help. I put down my diatomaceous earth and called HUB. Signing up was the easiest process ever! I texted their main line, got a call back within an hour, a service agreement sent, and even a contact card so it was easy to save their info. All of their prices are online and everything is clear and transparent. There are no long term contracts! Everyone I’ve talked to be has been so kind and informative. They spent a considerable ammount of time on their first visit, inside and outside the home, explained everything, attacked all 14 fire ant mounds, all the other ant mounds, knocked down and killed wasps nests, swept the fence and garage railings and really showed that they cared. I’ve been so close to signing up with pest control people who have knocked on my door and given me a 30 minute sales pitch. HUB was never sales-y, is far more reasonable price wise, is local to NB, and has no contracts. Do not be like me. Do not waste money on products and oils and powders that don’t work. Do not wait until there are fire ants in your clean laundry baskets. Supporting local is easy when it’s also the absolute best option out there!

We've been using this company for about two years now, and they've been great to work with. They've always been easy to schedule with, show up when they say they will, and have done an excellent job keeping up with our pest control. Recently we've had an ongoing issue with red wasps, and they've come back out multiple times to make sure it was taken care of, even when it went beyond the original scope of the service. That level of customer service and standing behind their work is hard to find these days. If you're looking for a reliable pest control company that's easy to work with and genuinely cares about their customers, I would definitely recommend them.

HUB Pest is top notch! They got me in same day and went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn’t have to deal with any pest issues for a long time. Collin communicated his ETA and provided updates as the day went on. When he was conducting his services, he really took his time and provided a very thorough service. Everything about the experience I have had with HUB has been outstanding. From setting up the first appointment to the end of the first treatment, it was amazing. The communication, the speed of the appointment, the amount of work done, the cost, it has all been amazing. Colin did the initial house treatment and he was amazingly professional and thorough.

Wow, if you’re looking for a pest control company that right out the gates goes above and beyond, you found it. When I called in it was later in the evening and Christine still answered and got me set up for my initial. Jan came and was not only super friendly and educational, he was VERY thorough and took his time getting every inch of my home and yard addressed. He gave me a run down and put me at ease of everything done so I was informed. I am SO GRATEFUL that I found their info on social media. I will 100% be sending everyone their way!

We recently bought a house that had been sitting empty for about two years, so we wanted to make sure we got everything taken care of before moving in. HUB Pest Solutions came highly recommended, and now I can see why. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I really appreciated that they showed me pictures of the areas they treated, so I could actually see the work instead of just taking their word for it. They were also very thorough and didn't make me feel like they were trying to rush through the job. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they did. Extremely thorough, took his time on a property and providing close care to areas we wanted treated and other parts we didn’t whether to save the toads, plants or herbs! If I could give 10 stars I would! We had a few wasp nests that needed to be addressed and HUB was on it immediately. We had been using a different company and I regret every dime we paid them. If you want fantastic customer service and a great job, HUB Pest Solutions is your best bet.

Jan from HUB pest control provided absolutely incredible service today! He was exceptionally thorough and took the time to address every single request we had. He even went above and beyond by sweeping away every single spiderweb around our property. We truly felt listened to and valued as customers. Already impressed by first visit. Collin, our tech, was very professional, friendly and thorough with his services. Was very clear about what was performed and provided customer education and his recommendations based on what he found- and he found ALOT!
