We hired Terminix to put in termite traps and do our spraying for bugs in the spring of 2025. They were supposed to come back and drill small holes in patio to put in bait traps there. FRAUD! I had paid this company for years to manage my pest control. In January of this year, I receieved a $286 bill. On a hunch, I checked my cameras, there was ZERO activity. No one ever showed from Terminex. I called the same day to dispute the bill. They called about the past due bill no less than 70 times, every time, I told them that the service was NOT performed and I am not paying it. The worse company ever. Had the salesmen, Mike come for a quote. He told us an amount and told explained the procedures. When it came to day of service, it was nothing like he explained. He said there will be professional equipment etc, but came with a Wal-Mart equipment that was cheaper than what we had. Called the manager, was told that he get complaints a lot! He is an “amazing salesmen with an amazing strategy,” what I mean by that he sells many things, but end up being too good to be true!
