Boydstun Pest Control

If you are unlucky enough to get bed bugs don’t go through this company. They have come out six times in three months and only sprayed once. The rest was a powder that obviously doesn’t work because it’s been three months six visits and very little results. Still active yet they say they are not and I’ve had to school them on where to find them. Started off in one room now because of their incompetence they Are in at least three of my rooms. We have had to get rid of kids clothes, beds, pictures, and now it looks like we are going to have to do the same in other rooms as well.

I was recommended to use Boydstun from a friend and I have zero regrets. Absolutely love that they listen to your concerns and if there’s any issues they will come back out and address them. They’ve helped me with sugar ants, outdoor ant beds, and a couple mice that came out when there was construction near my house and all issues have since been resolved. There was also a really bad season with black widows and they sprayed and exterminated them. Love the friendliness and can’t beat a company that actually does what it’s supposed to.

This was our first experience with Boydstun. From the start when I called in, to the day before reminder, and when the tech came out and did the service everything went AWESOME!! I would especially like to mention Alexis for be so nice on the phone and understanding my concerns. Also Jonathan the service tech. From his greeting through the signing of the ticket. He explained what he was doing and explained what was on the ticket. Jonathan was very nice and professional. Please tell these two employees of yours, “Thank You” for the awesome service they gave. They are a great assets to your company!!

We get our home sprayed quarterly. We never have issues with bugs in between. Once we had a neighborhood dog visit and afterwards we had a very difficult tick infestation. Boydstun came twice to make sure they were all gone. Every technician is very polite and I feel very comfortable with them in my home. Today I got to meet their employee Shannon. I really enjoyed visiting with her as she worked through my home. I recommend Boydstun to anyone needing pest control services.

The guy who sprayed my house was very nice and knowledgeable but could not seem to kick the ants outside. After my conversation with the office about a next plan they were incredibly rude. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I give them 2 stars because they kept going back at no charge. But seemed like they js couldn't get the job done. My infestation wasn't even bad I could only imagine a heavy infestation. Don't waste your money here.
