If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is a scam.. they make you sign a contract and don’t tell you if you cancel you have to pay $250… but here’s the kicker, they don’t come by when they say they will, they say “it’ll get better” but just gets worse.. been with them since may scheduled multiple times and they don’t come, and their tech never answers calls or texts. So not only did I pay all those months for a service I didn’t recieve I now have to pay a cancellation fee for a contract they didn’t keep up on their end either.

Thalia is great! She knows her job well. She is very informative and answers any questions we have. Very thorough very respectful I really enjoy her suggestions as well. Great customer service!!

Zachary Johnson was very professional and friendly. He did a very thorough job of treating ants, bait for front and back yards and removal of spider webs. Fox Pest Control has great employees treating my home.

He makes sure to cover all the areas

Fox Pest Control is always timely and are very thorough in their pest inspections! They annually treat our homes for termites as well. I am frustrated that at our most recent visit all 26 of our windows were all sprayed with pesticide after I after they were recently cleaned. This has never happened before. However, overall I highly recommend and appreciate their services.

Christian did an excellent job.He was professional and ask if I needed anything. I will always use FOX because their technicians are great!!

A thorough inspection of the home and a plan was drawn up to help fix the mice problem I inherited from a new home I just purchased. I am pleased with the services. It seems to be hassle free and they will continue with maintenance for the pest throughout the year! Plus it was an affordable price for quality work!

After years of being with Fox we have decided to pay more and go elsewhere. The technician (Tanner) that went to help us with our Wasp problem had no idea how to handle issue. We trusted Fox with our family's well being and unfortunately they did not deliver the protection they promise. His words were "we just had to let them leave on their own". We had hundreds of them all over the front yard. He applied 1 spray in one corner and pretended to dust same corner. It took him longer to get out of his truck than it did to apply poison. I asked him about the rest of the house, he said he couldn't do anything about it. As soon as he left I called a different pest control and they have several ways of removing them. Also went online and discovered so many ways to do it. The new company I hired and signed a new contract with, not only went in both of the attics to make sure no activity was inside the house, she made sure to identify the 2 types of wasps we have and went about the best way to resolve issue. She sprayed and dusted and secured holes around the house. She took her time doing everything right. Took over an hour and she handled it right. No more Wasps, thank you Kelsea!

Ryder Wingo and Fox did a great job. Two of our Mice traps went off, and needed to be re-charged. Fox ands Ryder came out in a day! Checked everything, re-loaded the traps, and made some great recomendations for us. In and out quick. Excellent service.

Professional and Thorough

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but after two years with Fox Pest Control, I can’t recommend them based on my experience. For two years, I followed their instructions exactly. Every time I saw a live roach, I called for another service visit, often every few weeks. Most visits lasted only a couple of minutes. The technician would spray a few spots and leave. I rarely, if ever, saw dead roaches afterward, and the problem never truly got under control. I do want to give credit where it’s due. The newer technician who started coming out was much more thorough, and I finally started seeing some improvement. Unfortunately, by then I was exhausted from constantly waiting until another live roach appeared before I could get service again. It always felt like we were reacting to the problem instead of preventing it. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of communication. I would call and explain exactly what I was seeing and where I was seeing it, but when the technician arrived, it often seemed like they had no idea why they were there or what issues I had reported. It felt like I had to start over and explain everything from scratch at nearly every visit. I was also repeatedly told someone would come back for follow up visits, but those follow ups often never happened. The consistency of service seemed to depend entirely on which technician happened to come that day. In my experience, the treatment itself was generally just a quick spray with a few sticky traps. There was never a more comprehensive treatment plan or strategy to fully eliminate the problem. After two years of service, I recently found a large American cockroach in my bed and another in my daughter’s bedroom on the same day. That was the point where I decided it was time to switch companies. I understand that no pest control company can guarantee you’ll never see another bug. My disappointment is that after two years of paying for service, I never felt like there was a proactive plan to solve the problem. I expected better communication, more thorough follow through, and a long term strategy instead of repeatedly starting over. This was my experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

Last year during rainy season I noticed a swarm of flying black bugs in my back yard. Fast forward to February this year I found dirt trails in my kitchen area. After calls to bigger name companies I was quoted thousand of dollars. One company even misdiagnosed the issue. Fox has done everything that the other companies said would do at a very affordable price. They came and set everything up quickly and addressed the issues that I had. Christian M. Is a great technician. He set everything up quickly and went above and beyond. He made me feel at ease with explaining every question I had. Definitely am extremely happy with the services. Will be taking them with me when purchasing a new house.
