This company is all talk and no actions. They make you sign up for overpriced annual services they don’t provide. They showed up the first time and didn’t do the work as promised. Left without informing us. I tried calling them multiple times to schedule an appointment to finishing the work but no one shows up and i get no updates on the appointment. Very unprofessional and frustrating attitude by the company. I regret contacting them.

Extremely bad management. Did not cancel my services mop request after the contract term was done. They claim to have sent people out for services after the contract was over and charged me twice. Then after six months they sent an invoice for mosquito prevention and had me pay that. After sending an email confirming my account was now closed they send me a bill though a credit collection company with a balance of $75 pending for the same service. Now I'm running back and forth trying to sort things out. When I call the billing department they say they don't see any outstanding bill. Then why send me that letter through collection agency? Bad experience

One of the most unethical companies that I've ever encountered, and shockingly still in business. Reason I am canceling service as they entered my back yard without any notification. When I called them I got response saying you don’t need at home for the service and We don’t cover backyard area. This past year the service has been horrible. I will be switching pest services.

I am very disappointed with there services no technician showed up the inspector Abid Hussein came to my house and I signed the pest and termite and I request the inspector that I am Trevalling and I want the services as soon as possible but he promised me some body will showed up tomorrow and he called his boss in front of me and his boss said yes some body will come tomorrow to do the services but no body showed up and no body pic up the phone in the office as well only the person was trying to help me that was Inspector Abid Hussein I really don’t want to write the review because the way Abid Hussein explained it was very knowledgeable and look like for me very experienced but no body showed up

Let me tell you about these guys. Just before Thanksgiving 2024, we purchased termite prevention and the weep holes to be wired up. My wife and I thought it was a good idea. We discussed justing do it myself, but Massey informed me that it would "void the warranty," so we needed to go through them, all totaling over $1,000. After several phone calls to discuss coming out to finish the putting in the wires for the weep holes (see attached photos) and setting the bait traps lower to prevent tripping or someone getting hurt (see attached photos), someone did come out and did a half-ass-job, leaving several that still need to be done. Just before Thanksgiving, Massey took the >$1,000 out of my account (because it was on "autopay"), and I was late on a payment??? Job not complete, but you need to pay, now? I called the office and argued about the payment... I was even willing to do a partial payment, but they said the whole amount is due today and would not be open for discussion. Becareful about doing business with these guys. They will do a shaddy job and take the money. ***Update*** Shortly after this post, I received a phone call and was told "we want to make this right". The representative stated "I'll have a manager there on Wednesday morning"... well, Wednesday morning came and went and nobody showed or called. I called Massey and the POC I was speaking to went on vacation. What a joke!

Zero stars if I could. I had pest issues and a friend of mine recommended me this company. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with them as I continued to have pest issues after several visits to my house and they upsold me a termite service on the first day. I decided to hire another company that did more of an extensive first visit compared to my experience with Massey. My current pest control company was able to solve my pest issue and said I didn't have any termite issues that need annual work. I went ahead and had my current company do a round of termite service "just in case" because I didn't want to go thru another horrific pest issue that continued after hiring Massey Pest Services. It didn't cross my mind that I had an annual service with them which I wished they would notify me far in advanced and not the day before so I could cancel. They texted me the day before performing a pest prevention service which I was out of town for. Who knows if they actually did it or not, but now I'm stuck with a bill for their services when I had my current company do the exact same service. Based on my experience with Massey Pest Services, I would say, if they did perform the service, it wouldn't have gotten rid of any insects since they couldn't do it when I first hired them. Their prices are a lot higher than my current one. I wouldn't recommend Massey Pest services to anyone.

do not fall for this fake reviews and company. for me and neighbors, we've been trying to get them put us on schedule, but so far they dont care. they over promise and under deliver. i clearly mentioned to them to come check every month without me calling for an appointment. easier to get an appointment with celebrities, but not them. Used precision pest control before and didnt have any issues. Massey service bought precision, and I was impressed with their (Massey’s) initial survey of the property. However, the treatment that they apply, didnt work. I have got fire ants all over the property, have had to call them multiple times, and the property is still infested with fire ants. Seems like the quality of the treatment has degraded drastically since they took over precision pest. Dont use their service.
