We purchased our property in 2020 and sought a reputable pest control service to both treat our home and provide ongoing quarterly maintenance. From our initial phone call, Jeff made the entire process seamless and professional. He clearly explained the scope of work and what to expect during each service visit, which gave us great confidence in the service. When we encountered an issue with raccoons visiting our property at night, he responded promptly and provided effective assistance to resolve the situation. If you have a pest control job and you need punctuality, professionalism, responsiveness, work quality, cleanliness and value, then I recommend this company without any hesitation. If you have a pest control job that requires urgent response, then you need Jeff to do it for you. The most responsive guy I have seen so far! He had to eliminate bees nesting close to the entrance of my backyard. The process (which is quite risky even for professionals) took few minutes and he was gone. I told him that he will be my pest control professional for life as he has shown that he not only is a talented professional but also a great guy as a person to deal with.

We recently moved to a house on property & have been experiencing a major fire ant issue all over the house. I was worried about using so much Raid everywhere due to the unsafe chemicals and horror stories I’ve read about it. I called this company and they came out the next day! The guy was very informative about the process & the type of chemicals they use. Fair pricing & fantastic customer service. 10/10 recommend!

I definitely recommend this company. When I called, Jeff gave the treatment/prevention plan, explained what he was using and how it works. He worked around my schedule, texted when he was on the way and was on time. He is friendly & knowledgeable. He also gave some advise on another issue. Jeff responded quickly and heard my concern he said he had a full schedule but he’d be here about 2 he texted today he was on his way ! He arrived very kind ! Did an inspection of the attic and said he’d check outside and well low and be hold you’re gonna LOL it wasn’t a critter in the attic it was ACORNS hitting the roof 😂 . I highly recommend using Republic Pest Control Magnolia! Jeff's communication is unmatched, he responded to texts late at night and made a house call on the weekend! Jeff was able to pinpoint our possum issue and he trapped and relocated the little guy safely. Jeff did a thorough inspection of our home and sealed the entry point to ensure that we shouldn't have any issues going forward.

Found a possum in my attic early Nov 23. I called republic pest control and spoke with Jeff (the owner). He explained to me he had two options to get the possum out safely and relocate it. I went with the highest option available to trap and remove. I highly recommend the highest option. Jeff came out did an inspection of my home. Found where the possum was getting in. Sealed and fixed the areas he could get in. Set traps in the attic and garage. Which successfully trapped the possum. I highly recommend this company and Jeff. His communication was excellent by text message and phone calls.. He had quick response times and was always available even at 10 pm on a Saturday night. He even came out on a Sunday afternoon. Most companies will not come out on Sundays. Jeff and his team are very nice and professional.

They (Jeff) have taken such great care of my house and yard. He does a fantastic job of keeping bugs away, educating me on what the treatments and animals/pests are and bringing me peace of mind that my house and yard are in good hands. He truly cares about his customers and treats them like family. I appreciate his quick responses, positive attitude, great communication, knowledge and easy paying method. I contacted Republic Pest (Jeff) because we were having such awful issues with ants. We used his services months ago and I wanted to make sure I left a review because he is someone we want to keep as our extermination guy and with how great he was, everyone deserves to know! Jeff was so responsive and professional! We really enjoyed working with him and his prices are competitive. We only had a one time extermination done and even though one time didn't cut for these crazy ants, he made sure to come back again to really get rid of them for good! He was very thorough with his job and informative. He is definitely someone we will go to every single time and will be sharing his services in our neighborhood page, thank you Jeff!

Jeff is great, respectful of property, honest, fair and guarantees his work!! He will come back out for free if your experiencing problems after treatment. Iv had 3 different exterminators and they didn't do half of what Jeff does and they were much more costly with no results. Iv finally found a quality exterminator!! If I could recommend a company I would recommend this one. I rarely leave reviews however Jeff was truly a life saver. My oldest moved back in and brought her huskies which led to an extraordinary flea infestation. I also have cats so they populated like crazy! The dogs were initially staying in my sons room and you couldn’t walk in without getting homemade flea socks adorning your ankles once exited. It was extremely frustrating. Jeff was the first to reach out, has extremely affordable rates, very professional, Fantastic rapport and showed up right on time. Our flea problem was completely eradicated and he came back promptly after 3 weeks to do a no cost follow up. He also gave me suggestions I could do on my own w my pets which helped a great deal as well. If I ever have any issues in the future I know I can count on Jeff and his company to professionally and swiftly take care of the issue. 10 out 10 will try again but hopefully I don’t have to lol.
