This was my first time using this company, and I had a great experience. I called on Thursday, and they were at my home by Saturday. Tim was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. If you're looking for a reliable pest control company, I definitely recommend them!

Magnolia Pest Solutions has been great to work with. After a heavy rain, they proactively came back and re-treated both the front and back yard without any hassle. Their team is timely, reliable, and stands behind their service. Excellent follow-up and customer care.

Update: 5/25/2026. Magnolia Pest Solutions and specifically my all time favorite, Tim Akins, are still providing quality, consistent, and expert pest control services for us at very reasonable rates. If there are any issues between service appointments (which rarely happens) they come back out and treat at no charge. I continue to rate them 5 Stars and highly recommend! Promise to new residents in the area you ARE going to need them. The three things Texas has are heat, humidity, and BUGS! Update: 7/2/2025. I am still amazed at the quality this company provides. Tim was out today and listened to my concerns and took immediate action to eliminate the issues. Magnolia is well worth the price (and the price is reasonable). Like most of Texas we don’t have seasons-we just change what kind of awful bugs appear. Magnolia is very responsive when this happens between service appointments. Again, highly recommend!! Superior service- reasonable price. I wait to do a review on services until I’ve had them a couple of times-just to make sure. Today John was on time and very, very thorough. Treating inside, outside, & both garages. After the last service I had noticed a few earwigs and gave them a call. They came out the next day. I highly recommend!

Magnolia Pest has been great from the 1st visit to now. Elliott made the initial visit and had Billy do 2 follow ups. They both have been great communicating throughout the entire process via text and calls in between visits as well. Rick, thanks to your team we are so much more at peace. Definitely recommend them. Billy, you're the brave man!!

We had Billy come out to the office and he was awesome! He showed up on time, super friendly, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. You can tell he really cares about what he does and takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find people who are both professional and personable, but Billy definitely is. Couldn’t have asked for a better tech — highly recommend!

Service was awesome and quick!

We bought our first house in September 2024 in and have been using Magnolia Pest Control ever since. Bug sightings are super rare in our house. Which is crazy to me since we have a toddler who loves to leave her crumbs literally everywhere. With the beating summer heat and the recent heavy rain, we did see some bugs and spiders between our quarterly appointments. Luckily, we are able to easily communicate with the pest team and they address and take care of any and all concerns swiftly! We usually have Billy and he is amazing! He is so nice, professional and makes sure every potential bug hiding spot is heavily covered! I definitely recommend this pest company and Billy! :)

I’ve used Magnolia Pest Solutions for years and they are always wonderful! Easy to get in touch with and schedule appointments. The last two times they sent Billy and he is very polite and helpful! I was glad to have him back a second time!

Tim addressed all of our concern about wasps and rodents. He explained the things we could do going forward to reduce the problem. Adam was very thorough with the outside treatment. Really appreciate the extra attention. We’ve been using Magnolia Pest Solutions for a long time and will continue to do so.

We continue to be provided excellent service by John. He explains the service and politely reminds us that if we see any activity to just call and they will come back out. However, we've never had the need for more than our quarterly treatment. These folks are just great. They take the time to explain how their treatments work and are always on time or even early.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this family owned and operated company is. They provide quality, affordable and professional services and have the friendliest and most knowledgeable techs. Bryan is one of the best. I've never had to call them back out. You can't go wrong and supporting a local company too.

I’ve been using Magnolia Pest Solutions for a few years now and very much appreciate their responsiveness and friendly customer service. We’ve had wasp infestations several times and they come out quickly to take care of the problem. I’ve also had to take advantage of their warranty which brings them back out to the house if there is still a problem, without an extra fee.

Magnolia Pest has good folks working for them. Their Tech's communicated well and were friendly. However, after spending $250 in mid-January I still had pest issues. I reached out in late April but was told I'd waited too long as they only have a 90 day guarantee for their services so I'd have to pay for a full visit again (17 days out of date). How unfortunate that they preferred to try and get paid for their poor-quality work because I didn't notify them sooner. I'd encourage people to complain promptly if services aren't working (rather than assuming that the pest control required time to work) so that they can fix things promptly and not charge you more. This was a regretful learning for me also - I'll be taking my money elsewhere next time.

Very polite people, they answer all your questions without trying to rush off. Arrived on time.
