I’ve been using Final Stepp for years, they are super knowledgeable and helpful! They always respond quickly! 10/10 recommend.

We’ve used this company for about 3 years now and seriously cannot recommend them enough! They are SO dependable—always right on time, great about reminders, and they text when they’re on their way. Their communication is honestly better than just about any company we use. Every technician we’ve had has been friendly, trustworthy and just genuinely nice. They’re also the kind of people who can walk into my house when I clearly did NOT prepare for the pest control guy to come over 🤣 and somehow never make me feel judged. The owners are just good, genuine people working hard to make an honest living and take care of their customers. They do what they say they’re going to do, show up when they say they will, and after 3 years they’ve absolutely earned our trust. Great people, great service, and one local business I’m always happy to recommend!

We called Final Stepp for roach and ant extermination, and to install flashing to prevent animal intrusion into the attic. Josh came out first to inspect, and fully documented issues for me, so I could clearly see specifically what was required. The entire home was evaluated inside and out, and there was no upselling or pressure for other services. Service was prompt, polite and professional, and the cost was fair and reasonable. We’re very pleased with the service, and definitely no more pests! We chose to schedule regular pest control visits.

Family owned and operated by some of the most wonderful people I have ever met! All techs are great at their job extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Best pest control in Montgomery count! Omg!!! Y’all quoting me 2k to get some critters out of my attic and I shopped around which I got it all done with tax and all for 950. Y’all are a rip off!!! People if you are reading this.. shop elsewhere! Too dam expensive!

I over paid for them to put metal sheets in four corners of my roof and take pictures of the rats in my attic. They came out Dec 16th to seal my attic and as of now (Jan 20) the rat traps are still empty but the game cam in my attic has photos of the rodents. Although the tech was friendly and showed up during the appointment window the rats are still alive and well and I have to hire someone else to deal with the problem. I do not recommend Final Stepp for rodent extermination.

I have been with Final Step for a year now and I completely love them! Everything is seamless with having my appointment scheduled and checking in to make sure I am not having any issues or missing appointments . A big reason I love them so much also is because of Gene ! He is so amazing and doesn’t miss a beat and makes sure to educate me on certain bugs and makes sure my house is sprayed throughly. I have a brand new home and I still noticed a difference after their first visit. They also gave me a few tips to help keep things pest-free between visits, which I really appreciated.

I've been using Final Stepp (previously Amrid) for years. They are always helpful, they keep our pests in check, and very responsive to our needs. The guys always come when they say they will, often early in their slot, and provide a heads up. Would highly recommend!

We use Final Stepp for annual termite inspection and treatment and quarterly pest control treatment.. We are very satisfied. Taylor is great - and communication with the office is very good for scheduling visits. Highly recommend !!
