Romex does a great job keeping pests out of our home and they’re really good at communicating! Fred visited most recently and called ahead to let us know they were close by and also helped me with a spider that was terrorizing me without making me feel silly!

Today was our one of our usual service calls with Romax. Our technician, Fred, called before arriving and promptly started treating our home. He was pleasant and eager to help our home be protected from insects and other critters. He offered sound advice and patiently answered all our questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We were so happy that Fred was able to treat our home. We had him on our initial service call. Fred is so kind.
