Romex does a great job keeping pests out of our home and they’re really good at communicating! Fred visited most recently and called ahead to let us know they were close by and also helped me with a spider that was terrorizing me without making me feel silly!
Jin was here today to service my home for all the mosquitos nobody likes!! He went above and beyond in providing an efficient treatment while battling this early Texas heat . He’s kind, courteous and professional. 100% recommendation!

Jin was great he’s friendly and understood some of our concerns that we had. Overall he did a good job!
Fred treated my house most recently and was on time, quick, and friendly. Romex always does a great job. Their techs are usually on-time and good communicators. Would recommend.
Jin was really nice and he did a good job treating our back yard today for bugs and insects.
I accidentally called the wrong Pest Control and I am so happy I did! From start to finish everything has been great. Jacob was prompt, thorough, and polite for our initial visit. I look forward to working with them for years to come!
Is there a normal time we could expect the wasps to either die or go away? We still had several scouting the under roof of our porch this afternoon?

Today was our one of our usual service calls with Romax. Our technician, Fred, called before arriving and promptly started treating our home. He was pleasant and eager to help our home be protected from insects and other critters. He offered sound advice and patiently answered all our questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We were so happy that Fred was able to treat our home. We had him on our initial service call. Fred is so kind. We hope he can be our technician for all our future visits. Thank you Romax!
