My landlord chose this company. They are terrible. I still have major pest problems after they have been out to my house 3 times. They miss appointments, dont show up. This company is a joke!!

Juan and Chad both did a great job and I was glad they could explain their ant control product is organic, and it definitely works well for ants, and prices are very reasonable. I've used them before, and I'll use them again.

Great service by Jeff DM pest control, especially Chet who visited today. On time, precessional, went over and above by clearing out spider webs and wasp nests outside. Reasonable price too.

I called back in December about Bed bugs and they came and sprayed first thing in the morning the next day. They said that the spray had a 90 day guarantee, where if more bugs were found they would spray again. They even came and did a check up two months later at no extra charge when I requested it to ensure the bedbugs were dead. They are very professional and kind. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

We are usually hesitant with any pest control service since we like to live as chemical free as possible but we had been seeing spiders and fire ants and lot of pest in our yard. And now we have two young kids so after lot of research I went with dm pest control. I am so glad we went with them for a year contract . Chad from Dm pest control did excellent job , patiently answered so many of our questions and he also showed his love for environment emphasizing the safety of the chemical they use. He was very thorough with the work and aligned with us to kill only what is necessary to keep kids safe and leave other good stuff alive as much as possible :)

Used DM Pest Control from a recommendation and the work has been great! Immediately saw a decline in pests around/getting into the home and have been on a quarterly schedule since. Rick was very helpful in explaining the process for our first visit and advising on things to keep an eye out for in the changing seasons. He helped with an ant issue as well as offering services for wasps when it gets warmer. Great price for the service, quick and efficient visits, and they listen if you have any issues and are fast to act.

Chad did a great job with roach treatment. He patiently answered all our questions and gave us inputs on how to take steps to prevent roaches.

I called DM pest control in Leander Texas as I am freaking out that I have squirrels in my attic, I wanted to just pay some one to just tell me where they were coming in/out, and maybe I could fix it myself …I talked to a gentleman named Jefry, he assured me he could come and tell me exactly where the squirrels were coming in as he has been doing this for 40 years . I’ll admit I was skeptical. Well he arrived when he said he would , was pleasant, friendly, walked around my house thoroughly looking at everything . He pointed up and said “That’s the hole they are going in at “ again I was skeptical as he found it too fast , as he informed me of the many different services they provide , out peered a squirrel from the very hole he said they would be at. …… HIRED Stay tuned for the review of the job they do but initial impression of professionalism…. Service was affordable and prompt. We had Chad come by, easy to communicate with and provided clear explanation of all work performed. He even covered wasp treatments outside we weren’t aware of. Hopefully won’t need a treatment for a while now, but would use this service again when I do.

Have contracted with D.M. Pest control yearly for over 4 years. Every technician who has come to our home has been professional and courteous. They do organic pest control and we have been very happy with their services.

Chad had been our visiting technician. Given we had not gotten pest control, he patiently explained the entire process before starting, talked about the chemicals he was using and how they work, explained where he will be spraying, etc. He was very thorough and worked outside and inside the house, dusted the wasp nests as well and did our attic. He also stayed clear of plants in the garden and made sure to follow safety protocols. We are happy with his service and highly recommend him.

The technician, Chad, was super personable, knowledgeable, took the time to educate me and answer my questions. He was empathetic to the level of pest control I wanted: focus on ant infestation only than indiscriminately killing everything. The initial service was to address a longstanding ant infestation of carpenter ants in my house, which appears to be resolved immediately after the first application. I have pest control service with D&M for the last 2 years, and they were really good. Chad, who stopped by earlier at my house, was extremely nice and was able to address my issues with clearing spider nests and the Paper wasp nests as well.
