The absolute best pest control in Austin. I will never use another pest company. I originally hired Rx Pest for routine bug sprays, but they have gone above and beyond on several occasions now—specifically with handling rodent issues and conducting a termite inspection. They are incredibly honest, very thorough, and wonderful to communicate with. To top it off, their pricing is excellent. Thanks y'all for the peace of mind.

They treated for Carpenter Ants recently and did a great job. They were honest and friendly. I found their prices to be very fair and reasonable. They were also very understanding about pets and pollinators and had a ton of patience when I asked a bunch of annoying questions about how to minimize pesticide impact on the beneficial creatures.

I reached out to Prescription Pest after a poor experience with a different pest company. With the other company, it was clear that their main expertise and goal is funneling people into their annual services contract. Prescription Pest was a fresh air of relief. When I called them, Marybeth, owner and certified entomologist, answered the phone. She actually gave me useful info about our carpenter ants problem. Daniel, the other owner, was the one that inspected our house thoroughly, including the roof and attic. When he came to do the treatment, I told him that we have actually stopped seeing the ants in the past several days. He suggested that we wait a week BEFORE doing any treatment, in case our previous treatment (with the other company) started working. I’ll be using and recommending them for any future needs. They are an honest, family-owned company. They don’t push services, educate you on what is happening, and treat you like a real person.

They handle our regular pest treatments for both our business and our home, and they’ve been consistently excellent in both settings. Prescription Pest was easy to book, set my expectations appropriately, and showed up on time. They did a thorough inspection of my home, and could have sold me anything under the sun in my paranoid-about termites state. Instead, they explained my situation throughly, made reccomendations, and kept it simple. They have my trust & loyalty- highly reccomend for professionalism & knowledge.

We have been very impressed with the friendly and professional service of Prescription Pest. After calling another team first we were immediately put off by their high pressure sales pitch with numerous phone calls trying to gain our business and weirdly smack talking other competitors. Thankfully out friends recommended Prescription Pest! We must live on an ant hill and RxPest have been fantastic with helping us keep the ants at bay, even offering service in between regularly scheduled appointments. We like that they don’t have a long term contract, so while we are still having them come every 3 months we don’t feel anxiety if we do need to skip a service. Shout out to Marybeth and Daniel for loving on our jumpy barky dogs and being thorough and safe with our other small pets. You have our business for life!

Danny was AMAZING! We had a hornet infestation in our fireplace flu pipe, and he came and solved our problem the very next day. Extremely personable, likeable, and friendly. We will forever reccomend their services in the future to anyone needing pest control. THANK YOU!!!
