Ok so I had to wait a little time to actually see how this would all play out and from what I can tell not only is this company legit but they have exceptional customer care! I say this bc Godfrey and his partner Elijah did a great job of explaining everything to me in great detail and helped me with understanding what they were offering what I was purchasing and how they would cater to me and my family needs! So far since the spraying I have seen a few bugs outside but still have to wait and see how good the products actually are! If it works as good as I’m hoping that I would definitely highly recommend this to everyone in a home!

This was the first time Raymond Flores performed out bi-monthly service and he did a great job. He is very professional and made sure he was aware of any treatments we were needing and specific locations. Thanks Raymond for a job well done..

Wes was great and kept me informed the whole time he was here. He was actually able to come earlier which worked out for me. He was very informative and kind and appreciate him doing the initial service thoroughly.

Arruza pest control is a great company Raymond especially did an excellent job said bait traps for mice went up in my attic and said bait traps very professional

I had sales kids come to my house on a Friday late in the afternoon on February 6th to try and sell me into their pesticides. I told both that I did not want their services and they refused to accept that answer. Then I agreed to try their service since the fake owner Danny(sales rep) said he was an owner and he was going to waive my contract fee because I didn't want a contract as I have never heard of them. He never waived or credited my fee btw. Fast forward to the next day, Saturday Feb 7th, one of their techs were scheduled between 10-12am, I stated to Danny I may not be home because by 1130am I had plans. This tech got to my home around 10:20am parked infront my house stayed in his car never came out I watched this guy for 6-10 minutes before he drove off. I texted Danny to ask him if the tech came through my backyard which he stated th tech wasn't finished. This is when I notified him my yard was never serviced. He stated the tech said he knocked the door. I was in the living room watching out the window and my front door was literally 12ft away. No one came to my door because I saw the tech sitting in his car. I again informed Danny what happened. About 30 minutes the tech showed up again, he went on explaining that he was here and knocked and rang my bell, I told him that he did not knock or rang my bell because I was in the living room watching him the entire time. He decided to act sarcastic and look around looking for cameras and cut me off a few times while telling him this. I decided to stay quiet and let him finish and while closing my door I thanked him for cutting me off. He went back into his car and drove off once again refusing to service my house because he stated there was an altercation. What I should have done was given him an altercation and chased him out of my property. Anywho, I called the company explained what happened and spoke with Danny(he told me his tech stated there was an altercation and he's refusing treatment) This is what happens when you hire kids to do a job, get called out on their bluff to cover their own behinds and play the blame game. Lol I'm seriously too old for this crap. I was really upset with my encounter with this company and asked many times via text and calls that I want nothing to do with this shady business and to refund my money. They kept telling me they would terminate my contract, again in writing and stated over recorded calls I would get my refund. This company is bogus and refused to give me my money back and terminate my contract. BEWARE people if you aren't home your yards aren't being serviced hence the reason your pest are coming back. I will be taking this company to a small claims court since they refused to give me my money and terminate my service. Just food for thought, now If I was being rude they have all rights to do so but the fact that I stayed calm all through this experience and they are treating new customers like this really tells you the type of people you're going into contract with and the kids they are hiring to be their techs. Imagine if it were them in my shoes getting this same kind of experience how the tables would turn. Oh and I'm still waiting for manager Scott to call me. And, to the owner, you should be ashamed that I would need to come on here to let the world know the truth about your company and no one up to this day has had the nerve to contact me regarding this nor refund me.
🚩 Please be careful if you're going to call to cancel the service. Make sure they send you an email confirming the cancellation, because they'll tell you over the phone that the service has been canceled, but then they'll charge you the following month. And when you call to complain, they'll say there's no record of the cancellation.

Wow! I just answered the door on a cold day to a guy who was working door to door. I always try to at least interact and give them a minute or two as I understand that sales are hard. He started by telling me that he was helping my neighbor with their bug problem and he had left over product that he would offer my husband and me for free. I thanked him and told him that I had a service already. The cold wind was hitting me in the face and I was trying to be nice and thanked him. He kept on digging and asking me who we used. I told him I wasn’t going to discuss that with him and that I was trying to be nice but I was going inside. He then told me that he needed to know why I wouldn’t tell him the company name……seriously?? This went on for several minutes. Then he got smart and my husband walked to the door behind me. I told him that I was done talking and I’d tried to be nice but please step back and leave. He commented on the ice on my steps and then said “maybe I’ll slip”….. My husband spoke up and asked if he was threatening us to which he said I’ve been recording this whole thing so go ahead and make a big deal out of it. Is there a chance in blue blazes I’ll ever do business with this company??? They have a good google rating here but this first impression shut the door on the chance of using them in the future.

If I needed a service, which I very well could, I wouldn’t have received it from this company due to the gentleman ringing my doorbell TWICE at 9pm despite our no soliciting sign to speak about pest control. Mind you this happened while my 4 year old was in bed trying to sleep.
Told him no over and over and over and he just kept saying, yes, yes. And I have a sign that says, no. Soliciting. I opened the door and said, no. Not interested? And he just kept talking, just wouldn't take no for an answer. Finally had to just go I gotta go. And left. Told me all my neighbors were getting it. And if I didn't get it, the bugs would come to my house kept talking about my neighbors who I don't know. It only cost $80 a month? And I go, I'd rather use my $800 on other things per year.
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with Anthem Pest Control’s service. Despite multiple treatments, I continue to have issues with ants in my yard, and my kids are still getting bitten whenever they play outside. I expected better results from a professional service. What made things worse is the contract terms. If you decide to cancel before the end of the 12-month agreement, you are required to pay back the $200 “initial discount” they applied at signup. This was not made very clear upfront, and it feels misleading. Overall, I cannot recommend this company. The pest control service was ineffective for me, and the cancellation policy makes it difficult to stop without losing money.

1 Star … “Pushy, Tone-Deaf, and Unwelcome” Anthem Pest Control … congratulations, you’ve managed to do the one thing worse than bad service … shove your way onto my property after I made it crystal clear I wanted to be left alone. I have a clearly visible NO SOLICITING sign posted, and your door-to-door rep (a kid who clearly values scripts over respect) ignored it repeatedly. After knocking multiple times on multiple days … despite no one answering … he finally caught me when I came out to grab a package. I pointed at the sign. I said I wasn’t interested. I tried to close the door. He kept talking. Over me. Ignoring me. This wasn’t a pitch. It was disrespect disguised as salesmanship … and it was the worst attempt I’ve seen. And I’ve done that job before. I know the tactics. The pressure. The fake politeness. This wasn’t persistence … it was a blatant disregard for boundaries. Here’s the thing … I actually like supporting good businesses. I have reach, influence, and platforms where I regularly share products and services I believe in. But not only did you lose any chance at my business … you’ve now earned a spot on my do-not-recommend list for life … and I’m making sure others see this, too. If this is how Anthem operates … training reps to ignore posted signs, talk over homeowners, and violate basic consent … then they don’t deserve another contract in my neighborhood. Read the sign. Respect the boundary. Train your people better. Or keep losing customers one door at a time.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Their door to door tactics are straight up harassment. They ignored both of my no soliciting signs, rang the doorbell 3 times, pounded on the door, and rang the doorbell three more times. They woke up a daysleeper in the house, freaked out my skittish animals, and woke my 10 month old baby. Their services must be as terrible as their etiquette if they have to resort to harassing people to book with them.
Absolutely terrible. They spray the house several times and guarantee that I would have no problems. I went for a 5 day trip and went I came back home I found 23 roaches inside the house and lots of anthill on my backyard. Now they are threatening me to charge a fee to cancel the service. It's worthless, unfair, and most important NOT EFECTIVE. Save your money from them!!

I want my money back. They promise a guarantee service, but days after all the floor was infected again. The came a second time and the same escenario. Now i want my money back and cancel the service, and they want 300 usd to cancel. Is a fraud, dont trust in this “guaranted service”, try before pay and subscribe! I called again to the number in the answer and the only option to stop the service (that doesnt works) is pay 300 dollars. What a fraud.
