I’ve used Tactical for over 7 years now, in two different properties. I highly recommend. The owner Josh is very attentive and knowledgeable on how to treat any pest issues. Customer service over all has been great! Most recently his tech Bailey treated my interior and exterior, and was very helpful and professional.

I've used Tactical for years now. They earned my loyalty a while back when they took care of my termite issue at a fraction of the cost that several other companies quoted me. They reply promptly and come out anytime a critter wanted to make my home its. My tech is Troy super friendly, respectful, and careful of when he shows up with his genuine smile.

I've used Tactical Pest Services for about 10 years. Jeremy usually performs our quarterly service and does an excellent job. He's thorough, but quick, and let's me know if he observes anything unusual, like a huge wasp nest he once found and removed for us. Thanks, Tactical!

Troy is a thoughtful, excellent communicator and explained clearly what treatments he would use, why they are effective, and what to expect. He was friendly and kind. We have been using this service since we moved into our home in 2024. Troy has serviced our home quarterly since then, and is always timely, professional, and friendly! There's been multiple times where I've asked for extra attention given to particular areas and he always makes sure we're taken care of. I especially appreciate how he handled my most recent service. He serviced the inside of the house, but based on the weather outside, he let me know that he would be coming back two days later to service the outside, to make sure that the protection doesn't get diluted. Troy and the whole team are committed to doing the job right, and I will be a continued customer for them as long as I am in the DFW area.

The technician spent more time inspecting than spraying, which honestly gave me confidence in the service. He checked vents, garage corners, and plumbing lines carefully before treating our spider issue. It’s been almost a month now and the webs around the windows haven’t returned at all.

I have been using tactical for 2 years now and they’ve always exceeded my expectations. They have the best customer service and an awesome sense of urgency. Jeremy is absolutely the best exterminator and is super kind and he always goes out of his way to ensure we have the best service and experience. If we ever need an extra spray, Jeremy always takes the time to come out and reassure our needs.

Josh has been taking care of my house for years. He is awesome and very responsive with any pest issues I have. I feel 100% comfortable with him in and around my house, even when I'm not home. I highly recommend!

Troy, our service technician, has always been more than helpful and is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are a pleasure to work with and have always been forgiving to me when scheduling conflicts arise and I have to postpone service. They are also quick to schedule follow up appointments if something comes up between sprayings. They are always punctual and give notice well in advance. They have done a fabulous job of keeping our home pest free. I trust this company around my home and family and will continue to use them for years to come.

Mark inspected our house and actually told us that our sealing is all right for the time being, and that the noises we've been hearing are likely vents flapping on windy days. Obviously, I will be calling Tactical when we do start hearing scratching at night and we do end up with an infestation (just a matter of time I'm sure). What is so great about Tactical is that they'll be honest with you, whereas bigger companies will just try to scare you into buying at high prices.

Tactical Pest Services did an amazing job. They took care of our ant problem and returned to spray behind our shower that we’re replacing. Mark gave us great service and they kept us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend them.

I have been using Tactical Pest for several years and I can’t say enough good things about them! My initial call to them years ago was due to a critter in my attic. They set traps, performed exclusion services on my house and ensured I was critter free. This past summer I had a ground hornet infestation. After I reached out to Tactical, they came out immediately and successfully treated the areas. Josh, Jeremy and the whole Tactical team are all great and have consistently provided top notch customer service. I highly recommend using their services as they produce results!

EVERY technician I have had contact with from initial call to follow up service has been so courteous and professional. They interacted with my kids, who would not leave them alone, and made me feel at ease with their course of treatment. They really went above and beyond to let me know that I was a valued customer and I'm a new customer, imagine what they do for their longstanding customers. I am so glad they are my partner in pest control!

Our house was infested with fire ants. Everyday someone got stung. We also had an unknown bug, that repeatedly bit my 2 yr old son. 2 days after the first treatment, there were no more ants. The first day they were almost gone. The 2nd day we only saw 3 ants. They have treated our yard and we have been chigger free. My family can now enjoy a bug free get together. They are waaaay cheaper than the other companies I had come out and their service is above what I expect. Thank you Tactical Pest Services!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh and his crew! A+ customer service, always on time, always friendly and never any problems between treatments! They truly care about their customers!
