Everything went very well! Unfortunately the owner has been having a difficult time with this moving experience due to certain personal reasons. But came to find out our inspector noticed and took the time to pray for this gentlemen prayed with him and I know that really encouraged him. Great thorough inspection that found issues with property Im buying

Would not recommend. Chris M. performed the inspection on the home we purchased. Unfortunately, after closing, we discovered numerous issues that had not been identified during the inspection. We understand that no home inspection can uncover every defect and that sellers are responsible for disclosing known issues. However, we relied on the inspection to help us identify significant concerns before making one of the largest financial decisions of our lives. Among the issues we encountered were kitchen cabinets detaching from the wall, a leaking ice maker that caused more than $2,500 in water damage, significant pool repairs costing over $5,000, a detached doorbell, mailbox repairs, loose carpet requiring reinstallation, more than $3,000 in plumbing repairs inside and outside the home, and over 30 leaks in the sprinkler and soaker hose systems. In total, we have spent more than $50,000 on repairs and upgrades. Before posting this review, I contacted the company to discuss my concerns. During our conversation, they listened compassionately, prayed with me, and later sent a thoughtful prayer package. As a person of faith, I sincerely appreciated those gestures and the kindness they showed. However, I was also told that someone would follow up with me to discuss my concerns further. Unfortunately, I never received that call. While I appreciated their compassion, I was disappointed that my concerns regarding the inspection itself were never addressed or resolved. This review is not intended to question anyone’s character or integrity. It is simply an honest account of our experience. I encourage prospective homebuyers to carefully understand the scope and limitations of a home inspection, ask questions, and determine whether the inspection services being provided meet their expectations before relying on them for such an important purchase.
