Wonderful experience working with Shelly, Jeff and Manoel. Very knowledgeable and personable. We had bee’s in our house, they were able to quickly find the access/entry point and help us resolve it. Very thankful!

This company is the best. Casie was a great rep that took our information initially and assigned us with Jeff. Jeff went above and beyond to take care of our wasp issue. He spent a great deal of time in our home we recently moved Into making sure it was secure and safe, getting rid of all the wasps. I highly recommend this team and we will definitely be using them again.

Great experience with Little Giant! I called in the late afternoon not expecting much, but Missy was wonderful and assured me they could have someone to help me the same or next day. Jeff ended up coming two hours later, at 5:30PM! I was very impressed with their customer service and speed, as well as their help getting rid of a yellow jacket nest. Thanks Missy & Jeff! Will call again should we have the need.

It has now been 6 days since Jeff came out to eliminate the Yellowjackets dominating my front porch from the weep holes. I waited reporting until I was sure…they are gone! $300 + wasn’t cheap but it was money well spent for the expertise, after a few stings and multiple attempts of my own, to get the suckers out of the porch walls. Thanks team!

Emanuel with little beekeepers did a great job! I call late afternoon because a swarm of bees took over my owl house yesterday and he removed them safely and relocated them to a bee farm

Missy took my call and was nice & friendly and throughly explained the process. They provided receipts and confirmation through email and text. Manuel was just as friendly and promptly showed up at the time estimated letting me get on with the rest of my day.

Courteous and prompt response time. Great communication. Fair price. Hopefully the problem is solved without a repeat visit. They do have 90 day warranty.

Great customer service over the phone and in person. We called about a large wasp nest inside a wall at one of our properties and had a technician come out the same day. He offered multiple solutions and took care of the problem right away.

If you ever have a bee/wasp problem this should be your first call! They were quick, responsive and so helpful! Had someone at my home within an hour about 10,000 bees gone and relocated.

We had a swarm of honey bees scouting our house for around 24 hrs. Called Little Giant and spoke with Missy. She was extremely helpful and they were able to come out the same day. Jeff was the tech on sight. He was very informative and addressed all my concerns, he apply some deterrent, to make sure they wouldn’t come back.

Missy and Jeff were so wonderful! Missy spent almost half an hour on the phone with me answering ALL of my questions. It’s hard to get quality customer service these days and not feel just like a number and Missy provided the best service I’ve had in a while. She took the time to make sure I understood everything. Jeff came out the same day and got rid of our nasty yellow jackets. The price was fair and I’m very happy they are gone! Highly recommend.

On a Saturday morning my kids peered out the window when they saw a large mess of bees by their room. Instantly I called Little Giant Beekeepers and spoke to Missy who was a great source of information. She called herself an over explainer which in a situation where bees are moving into your home, I take it as a good thing! Jeff and Manual called when they were on their way. They were quick and efficient. Jeff explained what to expect the next few days as well as the importance of cleanup going forward. I really appreciate them working on a Saturday. Having to wait a few days could have caused more damage and expense. After checking the rest of our property they were on their way.

Great experience except price. They removed several southern yellow jacket nests deep in our jasmine ground cover. Didn’t know bee removal was so expensive. Other than that, no complaints. Professional, friendly, punctual.

Horrible Experience! They charged me a $200 “service fee” to come out for less than 5 mins to do absolutely nothing! We were informed we didn’t have a hive, rather bees that just liked our plant and enjoyed a nice sip of water from our pool fountain. When asked what to do about it we were told we could go from door to door, asking neighbors if they have a hive and ask to inspect their trees, try putting a large tarp over the area and/or just let them be (no pun intended) since it’s “just nature”. We tried tarping the area and moved the planter and they are worse than ever! When I called back asking for advice, I was given the same response-ask neighbors and/or live with them. When asked if I could at least get a partial refund for the $200 “service fee” (even plumbers and electricians don’t charge a $200 service fee!) since there was absolutely no resolve to my issue, I was told no. My advice, stay clear of this company! You’d be better off saving your time and money by purchasing an extra tall ladder and canvassing the neighborhood for hives in trees!

Worst! They came out quickly. Shot some white powder down the side of my house and 427.00 later. Next several days few bees. 5 day still bees. I called Missy said they were robber bees. Ok 10 day more bees than we started with.. Call Missy said go get some wasp spray. 30 days still no resolve. I Feel they took advantage of me. Call another company took care of the problem once and for all. Also told me that the 500 powder that Little Giant Beekeepers sprayed on the side of my house was never going to fix the problem...I will be reaching out to the BBB! The pictures they provided did not even match what the new Bee removal company.
