Stampede Pest Control

These people are fraud. I raised concern on there website for strait two weeks and there is no response. When I call them and say exiting customer they put me on hold for 30 min and immediately I hang up and called as a new customer they responded on just 30 seconds. This is the way they treat customers. What the hell is wrong with these people after we subscribe they behave in this way.

If I could give a negative I would. When it comes to returning a message back to a customer that’s been paying customer for a few years now you could at least acknowledge. It’s Monday my husband sent a message since Friday and I tried calling a few times today. The only way I received a live person is if I pushed the option for service even after telling them I need someone in management. I was just transferred to a non human line. I lost 2 tortoises with out any idea how last month after 2 vet visits and weeks of health issues. But Friday when the guy knocked on my door and says hey I’m going to spray your yard I said ok but please don’t spray the wooden fence area I have my turtles there. I have 4 albino sliders I take out in a plastic pool during the sunny time and bring in at night. I don’t take out my other baby tortoise because the vet said maybe a plant I bought had some kind of pesticide but the sliders are in water. How do I go out there after the guy sprayed and all 4 turtles are dead. And no one to respond from the company. I just wanted to know if maybe he sprayed high up and it could’ve blown into the water something but I’ve had them since December and they were healthy and growing. But now I have 2 dead tortoise 1 was 2 years old and the Daisy was 6 years old. The sliders are under a year old. But still haven’t heard from the company and planning a necropsy to find out exactly cause of death. But very disappointing and hurt at this point.

Justin was perfect. He completed a thorough check of my property. He made sure that he sprayed all of the necessary spots. I was very happy with the service he gave me. Very nice person. I will request him whenever I need service. Thanks Justin

Not worth it find someone else besides this company. I would never recommend this company not worth the money didn't get the job done after a year check a company's reviews before you commit

Great company! Communicative, always on time, keeps the bugs away and we live on a retention pond so we have alot of bugs. All the techs are super nice and friendly as well. Definitely recommend to anyone needing pest control! They are preventatively taking care of any termite issues for us as well. 10/10

Amazing customer service. Sometimes they are hard to reach when you call them but its not because they aren't diligent, it's because they are very busy and handle each call with care so they wait it a little longer. They also have no way to contact after hours which is my reason for the 4 stars or else it'd be 5. The price is also amazing. They do a great job every time they come. We have not had insect or pest issues since signing up with them last year in May. We often get Jason K. as our technician. He is friendly and patient and very thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Jason does a bang-up job as usual. I've been with Stampede for years now, and their servive is always great. Just wish their office staff could get it together and notify me ahead of time when to schedule the appointments, instead of Jason calling ahead 15 minutes prior to arrival. You guys used to be so much better at this.

Please lower your hand when you spray inside. We had to wipe all kitchen cabinets, fridge and other decorative vases
