Disappointment with the inspection performed on my home. Since the day I moved in, I have experienced ongoing issues with both AC units. I am unsure why these problems were not identified or addressed during the inspection process. In addition, I have already had to replace two hot water heaters, both of which were in extremely poor condition. Again, I do not understand why these issues were not noted in the inspection report. I have used your company twice, and I am very disappointed with the quality and thoroughness of the inspection performed on my home. Many of these problems could have been addressed or negotiated with the seller before closing had I been made aware of them. The entire reason I paid for a home inspection prior to purchasing the property was to identify significant issues and avoid unexpected expenses after moving in. Unfortunately, because these concerns were not brought to my attention, I am now responsible for costly repairs that could have been handled before closing.
