Anthony left my dog gate to my yard open and when my dogs went outside they got loose and I've been spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to get them back in the yard. The company responded very quickly and I can say they are very responsive and caring.

We will refund today's service and dispatch a supervisor and technician to your property immediately to secure the gate and inspect for any other issues. We will also reimburse reasonable expenses related to retrieving or treating your dogs; please send receipts to our customer care email or call the number on your service receipt so we can expedite this. We take this matter very seriously and are reviewing our training and procedures to prevent anything like this from happening again.

Gequan Faucette did a great job! This time, Tre (Tamarius Brooks) performed my pest treatment inside and out. Tre did a great job.
