The service man missed at least 2 spots when checking the green things in the ground around the house and workshop. I suspect he missed at least 2-3 more because the gravel in the walkway wasn't disturbed as was evident in other gravel walkways. I have notified Terminix several days ago, but to date have not had any reply.

My technician, James kept me up to date about his arrival time and was prompt and professional during his visit. James replaced the squirrel trap in my attic with one large enough for the raccoon that chewed his way into my chimney and makes loud noises that echo throughout my house. Now I wait to see if the raccoon moves out or gets trapped and repairs are made to my home.

No notification given of inspection. We had a previously scheduled date, which my daughter canceled when they arrived. As long as my contract continues, I am pleased. Thank you.

James is always very professional and obviously takes his job very seriously. He has followed up on several occasions on the traps he set…..and today……SUCCESS. Hopefully that was the last mouse/rat. 2/10/26-James continues to respond promptly and is taking care of our rodent issues on a case by case basis. Today was another successful day. With this type infestation, patience is required and although it is difficult, the end result will be worth it. Another 5-Star visit. James continues to go above and beyond in his efforts to eradicate our rodent issues. He discovered a possible new rodent entryway, which Terminix has arranged to correct.

James always extends exceptional professional service when coming to the house as we work through keeping squirrels from getting in our attic. Don't use Terminix if you value your time cause they do not value it at all. They can't even make simple phone calls within a 4 hour window. I called to make an appointment for a home inspection and they gave me an appointment window 2 days later for a simple phone call with a 4 hour window. I've heard of service windows, but 4 hour window for a phone call? I waited in that window (8-12) and they never even called either. They can't manage very basic communication and the person who set up the appointment informed me that they had no idea how anything worked and could not help me in any way except setting up a 4 hour window for them to call me, which they didn't even do. So maybe they can't even do that. It's ridiculous, and this company should not be in business. Use local resources and let them fail. No one should have to deal with this level of incompetence.

Absolutely terrible communication and never showed up for my pest inspection. I had to call the company four times due to their lack of organization and communication. Ended up having to find someone else because they kept pushing out the inspection and I need it done in order to close on the house I’m buying.
Unbelievably frustrated with the lack of communication. No company should grow so large that it forgets to take time for good customer service. I've been trying to resolve a dispute (a service was not renewed and was cancelled but I'm still being charged) and all phone numbers lead you to Customer Service and more of the run-around-"We'll put in your request and a manager will contact you." Nearly one month of trying to get someone to resolve this issue and call me.

Horrible! Feels like they are not vested in getting rid of pest, only reducing. I spent on this company to get rid of carpenter ants yet it was never resolved. I have achieved better results doing it myself!
