Paid $342 for a technician to take down a wasp/yellowjacket nest and spray a preventative treatment so that they wouldn't come back. Wasps were back within their 30-day guarantee, the technician came back, sprayed again, and the wasps were back again within a couple weeks. Orkin refused to refund despite doing a worse job than I could have done with two cans of foaming spray. Save your money and get a $10 can of foaming spray.

First time I used them and I’m being over charged by $50 from what they said it’d be?! Conveniently they are closed after I get billed.

They like to cancel last minute at the end of the month and reschedule for the following month but want to charge you for both. They want to charge for a service they never did because they rescheduled.

We have been using Orkin pest control for several months now and could not be happier. Jonathon Mesa is our Pest Control Route Manager and He is really awesome!! Very pleasant to do business with and very hardworking!! He has taken care of all the pest issues we had and if you do have problems he is always available in a timely manner!!!!! They wanted ALL my information before I can get a quote specifically for bees. After they collect all my life information, they quote me $329 for a one time fee. Waste my time. They better not contact me, email me, mail me, or use my personal information to bother me. Nobody's got no $329 for a one time thing when they do not even know how bad the bee issue is at all. Did not come visit, did not inspect anything, refused to even give me a range price, and now they have all my personal information just for me to tell them no. Next time give people an estimate of cost before trying collect all their information in case a person cannot even afford it!!!!! No point even knowing my name if I can't even afford the service.
