Despite my short notice for an appointment, the appointment was scheduled quickly and handled efficiently. Austin is always professional, courteous, and took the time to address my concerns. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable pest service.

Just had our first visit from Bulwark, I was a little nervous at first because of having a small child and pets but Breanna J was so awesome! First she's extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel so much better about getting the house treated. She is extremely kind and walked me through every step of what she was doing. She not only got rid of our ants but any nervous feelings I had! What a plus! Thanks Breanna!

Rafael S. did an excellent job. Very pleased with his professionalism and courtesy. He did the inside and outside of my house and also the garage. He did exactly what I asked him to do. He put sticky traps in the garage as well and placed new bait in the outside rodent boxes. No mice inside since starting the rodent control. Thank you Rafael for a job well done and thank you Bukwark for the great training of your technicians.

Once again, I must acknowledge that Austin James is THE best tech. I actually requested that he be the tech sent to my residence and was told that someone else would be coming. But to my pleasant surprise, Austin was the tech that reached out to confirm that our schedules were still on track that day and to inform me that he was on his way. I appreciate this gesture more than you know. And he does it every time. I'm just sorry that I misplaced his card from the last treatment and failed to leave another very well-deserved review. I'm also very happy that my neighbors were able to get their questions asked, as they are also very interested in using these services as I have for so long, because I've been so pleased throughout my entire time with them. Thank you again, Austin James for treating our home with you to notch service and amazing, pleasant personality!! You are the best!! ☺️

Failed to show up for retreat appointment with no explanation. Scheduler wanted to make another appointment after they simply did not show up for this one. Supervisor disconnected the phone 2 times when I requested a refund. Very poor service and completely unprofessional office staff. Can not be trusted

These guys will come to your house and act like total robots. I think they train people to act like robots. Anyhow it’s very creepy, and they’re always out to try to upsell you on anything they can. This is exactly how they train people to go into a house looking for ANY problems OR things that aren’t problems but can be made into a problem so they can make money from imagined threats.

To expensive. To many bugs seen after they sprayed.

I was informed all treatments were not part of a plan and I would have to call in order to get another treatment. I was charged $85 without my consent and was told the service was done without me being home.

Came when requested not to. Sprayed front yard (back yard gate locked) as they were not expected, requested or desired. Left a note early Saturday morning that exterior was treated, not possible with locked gate to yard. Called the office and told them not paying for service not requested or wanted and informed them that only front yard was sprayed (we had used them for backyard to kill fleas and ticks for our dogs). Was told no problem we would not be charged, 2 days later we get charged for service. We were paying about $70 per treatment for complete service front and back yard and house. He sprayed the front yard and they charged us $96!!! I was told would take 2 days to refund our money. I will never use them again!

We have been with Bulwark for about a year and a half. We were very disappointed with the last service I received. I won't say which technician it was ...but he came out even though I had called and put a hold on the account. I was not home. When I did get home, I had a note on my door saying a HEAVY spray on the exterior had been done. My backyard has no access, unless I unlock the gate so don't know how he could have possibly done that. Also why would I only want the exterior of my house done without doing the interior? I called and spoke with a nice man who apologized for it and said he completely understood why I was so upset about it, and assured me I would not be charged....Guess what, they took $96.00 out of my account the very next day. I called them again and was told it was charged to my card anyway and they were sorry.... I'm very very disappointed in them. There are so many other companies to choose from, I should have chose someone else. Very sincerely, Kim Isaacks

Horrible results and they charged me double of what the salesman quoted me as a promotion. $139 instead of the promised $79. I still have bugs all over the place and will have to change my bank account number since they took a voided check and ran it without my authorization. Consider the contract cancelled and I will contact the Better Business Bureau with a detailed complaint.
