Total Pro Pest Control is DEPENDABLE & RELIABLE!!!! My previous pest control service company rarely kept their scheduled appointments & used answering service to take calls but never responded. With total pro pest control, you can expect the owner or his staff to answer the phone, the technicians send text messages and call the day before for confirmation and they show up right on time. Anytime I had any issues, especially as the seasons change, they are quick to respond and address every issue without hesitation. You simply cannot get better customer service and actual results from any other company.

John took care of my wasp problem quickly and efficiently. He wasn't like others who try to sell you things you don't need or want. I appreciated his honesty and good communication. I would highly recommend!

Everything that you have read about the raving reviews about John and his team are true. These guys set the standard for excellent customer service. They came out before a Holiday and took care of us. Pest problem gone. We elected to stay with the quarterly service which gets billed every month. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

Very professional. What I love about total pro is if u find a bug anytime between services they will come back no questions asked. But they are so thorough that u won't need to call them back. I 100 percent recommend Total pro. Been with them 5 yrs.

Called because I moved into a new house; was infested with fleas. The tech showed up early and was super nice the service was very fast and efficient and pricing was excellent. Would defiantly recommend to family and friends.

We recently had the pleasure of doing a major bio-hazard clean on a property in Portland Called up total pro and they were there the next day to assist in the German roach infestation After the first treatment There were hardly any German roaches left to fight After this second treatment I’m hoping this takes them out for good for our client Thank You total pro!!! Thank you for your review, Cassie! We pride ourselves on providing the best service possible. We always do 2 treatments for German Roaches. The treatments are 2 weeks apart. You will usually see about 95% elimination after the first treatment. The second treatment kills any survivors and/or eggs that's hatched. We provide a 90 day guarantee after your 2nd treatment. If you need good pest control, these are the people to go to. They're very thorough. They make sure that the job is done correctly. If you're still having any problems with any kind of bugs they will return, no questions asked. I appreciate that they are not only a great local pest control company, they are also very friendly, very helpful. The technician that comes to my home is Charles. He's always so kind, very thorough, very knowledgeable about his occupation. I have had other companies come out and the technicians don't seem to really know much about their field. He is very informative. Always has a smile, speaks very highly of this company and of his employers. You can tell he really enjoys his job. And one of the most important thing is I trust them when they need to come into my home. I highly recommend them.

This is a company that deserves its name! The exterminator was top rate and extremely knowledgeable about the particular types of bugs that were getting into my house. He was meticulous in identifying issues inside and outside my home. The owner of the company, John, personally reached out before the appointment and afterwards to ensure I was happy with the level of service. John went above and beyond after I emailed him a question late one night. He called me first thing in the morning. The pricing is fair and service is beyond compare. Both the owner and his employees really listen to my concerns and address them.

They have competitive pricing. The technicians are top notch! Always professional, have a clear answer to any and all questions. Great personalities. Don't at all feel uncomfortable having them in my home. I had a German roach issue and their products took care of them with 2 treatments!! Will definitely be using their services in the future. We got this service started since we moved into a remodeled older home by the water which usually means insects galore but have been happy with service. We get regular 90-day treatments. They answer calls quickly for any live insects seen thereafter, no hassle and friendly response.
