I called Esparza Pest after waking up to find hundreds of winged buggers hanging out in large groups around the perimeter of my garage door. I was concerned they were swarmer termites looking for a new place to live...and they literally appeared overnight. After vacuuming them all up, I called Esparza to have a look. The technician (Brando) came the next morning and quickly assessed the pests as swarming carpenter ants. He did a thorough home inspection and found no infestation issues. I had the gentleman perform a one-time treatment and the problem is solved. Friendly, quick service and right to the point. I will definitely use them again when and if the need arises. They do business the way it should be done!

Paid over $200 to have bees exterminated under my shed. Bees were not exterminated, so I asked if they could come back out but they requested another hundred dollars to come back out and treat again.

Quality pest control.

We scheduled an appointment, we were given date and time. The lady told us it would be good for us to empty our cabinets, so we did. Appointment morning came, they didn’t show up. We called them and apparently they forgot to schedule us. The lady wanted to fit us in to the schedule but we made the appointment to fit our schedule not theirs. It was the lady’s mistake not ours. We decided if they can’t make a simple schedule than what should we expect of their pest control service. We cancelled and will try a company more professional.
