I was very disappointed with their service. They seem to only want to nickel and dime you for everything. When they were here they didn't check the attic and when I addressed it with them, they said it would be $85 just to come look at it. Rather than ask me when they were here, they just didn't check.

Ms. Masi, first and foremost thank you for being a valued customer. If we failed to effectively communicate what is included in our general pest control services I apologize. We pride ourselves on professional service and exceptional results. In review of your initial service request, I saw no mention of a request for an attic inspection. Had an attic inspection been requested we would have been happy to move your appointment time to early morning, not at 5:00 p.m. when the attic is too hot and dangerous for a team member to properly evaluate. We do not charge for attic inspections; inspections are done as a courtesy to further evaluate a pest problem. However, we do charge to service out of the ordinary areas like an attic space or crawl space. I also saw a note that you were “highly” recommended to Elite Exterminating because of our ability to remedy pest issues. Our licensed technician Russ made it a point to go back to ensure no roaches or fleas continued to infest the home. Only dead American Roaches were found. I am glad that we were able to perform our services and no pest problems remain. Please know that the safety of our team is important, but so are happy customers. Again, my apologies if we failed to communicate the extent of our general pest services. Once more, know that we DO NOT charge for inspections but will charge or add-on services. I do hope my response to your concerns adequately addresses your disappointment.
