We've been using Bug Busters since 2009. The house we bought had been abandoned and neglected for years. After major renovations, we had Jeff come out to spray our house and yard. He informed us it would take more than 1 service call to get our pest problem under control. After 2 service calls, our pest problems are under control, and with regular scheduled maintenance, everything is taken care of. The prices are great, but what we value most is Jeff's integrity. We don't have to worry about leaving our valuables out or his treatment of our property. He is always on time and committed to doing what's best for his customers. Sorry she had a bad experience but my parents had a mice problem and he came out and in a week they were gone alone with a few roaches he is a personal friend of mine he was very professional and on time I would use him anytime anywhere if I needed anything done he would be the one I call on

Bug Man Jeff has been servicing our home for over three years, and we have yet to see any pest in our home. When we started services with him, he notified us it would take a couple treatments before clearing out all ants and spiders in our home. We've had zero issues since utilizing his services and see no pest in our home. Jeff services all our family's homes and several corporations we know of. With over 30 years of experience, without a doubt he is the person to go to for all your pest control needs.

This company is the most unprofessional company who has absolutely no consept of how to perform pest control so please don't waste your money. Came and sprayed my Mother in laws house, granted I was not present during the treatment but my husband was. Everyone knows men. Not a single day has gone by since this so called exterminator sprayed that we have not seen massive amounts of live roaches, just like before. When I called him the first time, he actually told me he did not service the address in question. I was a bit taken back. I looked back at my bank statement and saw I paid this joker $135. Yet he is saying he didn't service the address. Guess he was being honest! So all I can say is, every exterminator I have used in the past have always, without fail said, "should you see anything, please call us and we will come right back! " What this dude said was, " it's been so long and the roaches are in the walls, when they come out and touch my poison they will die! " Dude, I may have been born at night, but it wasn't last night! So I will never use your service again because you must spray water, like I said. The diatomaceous earth I spread did more than what you did. Glad you are no longer coming around. Wonder how you sleep at night, cheating people like this!

Dude knows bugs and how to eradicate them. His sprays are very generous around the house. Very hospitable and gives cool stories of his fishing expeditions and experiences. Glad I called him 4 months ago....the only bugs I see are DEAD ONES!!!

It's amazing how well the owner knows these pest, often by genus and species name. And often proclaiming; " these bugs just don't know their dead yet."
