Disappointed – problem unresolved and poor follow-up. I really wanted to have a better experience with Pest Arrest. The technician who came out was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We clearly showed where a rat was entering and exiting our garage through a hole above an electrical panel. The solution provided didn’t make sense for the situation: five traps were placed in the garage, but the actual entry point was sealed off with a panel. As a result, the rat was effectively blocked from entering the garage—where the traps were—but is still active inside the wall of our home. We continue to hear it, and the issue has not been resolved. When we contacted One Guard (our home warranty company that contracted Pest Arrest), they spoke with Mario, who stated Pest Arrest would not return or address the problem further. That was extremely disappointing. We’re now out the money we paid, and the problem remains. Had the response been something along the lines of acknowledging the updated situation and offering next steps, we would have been understanding and likely still recommended them. Instead, this felt like a lack of accountability and customer care. Overall, this experience came across as either poor judgment, lack of follow-through, or simply unwillingness to fix an unresolved issue. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

We’d like to clarify the details of this service so there is full transparency.<br><br>This service was completed on February 13, 2026 through your home warranty provider, OneGuard. As one of their preferred vendors, we are required to follow the exact scope of coverage outlined in their agreement. Under OneGuard’s rodent coverage, service is limited to the placement of up to five traps or two bait stations for the initial service fee. Any additional visits, expanded treatment, or follow-up services must be initiated directly through OneGuard with a new service ticket.<br><br>During your service, our technician Ray not only completed the covered treatment, but also went above and beyond by sealing an entry point in your garage at no additional cost—this work is not included under the OneGuard coverage.<br><br>At this time, we have not received a follow-up service request from OneGuard, which is required for us to return under the warranty. We are absolutely willing and ready to continue servicing your home; however, the next visit must be scheduled through OneGuard per their process.<br><br>We take pride in providing honest, professional, and effective service, and we always strive to exceed expectations—even when working within the limitations of third-party warranty programs.<br><br> I completely understand that you were frustrated, and your feedback matters to us. We had a rat problem in our garage and some rodent in our attic. We called and this company to come out 4 times and the last 5th time the person who came out he told my wife “I don’t know what to tell you, sorry we didn’t catch anything” he also said “the owner would give us a call to resolve this issue” and we never received that call. We told them we’re not going to patch up any holes until this thing is caught, the last thing I want is to seal up the holes and a rodent is left in my attic and it passes. We still have a rat problem in our garage and whatever’s in our attic waking up our baby at night and us as well. My wife called and complained they said they would call bank and never did. We paid over $200 for nothing. We need this resolved ASAP so I can seal up the holes the rodents are getting in. I’m also worried these rats are going to chew through wires in our classic car in the garage. Edit: my wife has called over the past months and never received a call back. Maybe the person/people who answer the phone need more training or need to communicate with the owner better.

We’d like to clarify a few important details for accuracy and transparency.<br><br>We initially serviced your property on March 28, 2025, followed by five additional follow-up services over the course of your treatment plan. During those visits, we placed traps and bait stations and actively monitored activity. We also clearly recommended rodent exclusion work (sealing entry points), which is a critical step in resolving rodent issues long-term. That exclusion work was not performed by our company, and without it, new rodents can continue to enter the structure.<br><br>We have not received any service calls or callbacks in the past 8 months, and this review is the first time we’re hearing that the issue is ongoing. Rodent activity can reoccur if entry points remain open, even after treatment.<br><br>That said, we take all concerns seriously and would be happy to review your account and discuss next steps. THANK YOU....THANK YOU.....I want to give Pest Arrest a five star +++ for taking care of the hideous bed bug problem in my house.......I discovered those horrible bug 9 months ago after being in my new house for several months. I think those bugs were already here in the baseboards or they came in with the movers. None the less, they invaded and took over my king size mattresses and my very large sofa. I was very upset to have to leave my house....with my 3 cats.....while Pest Arrest performed the heat treatment. And they made 3 follow up visits. Last week Enrique and Drago, the bug sniffer, were in my house. There were no bugs in my bed but we did find some in the sofa. Enrique sprayed the entire sofa. I can report today that I find NO BUGS. To the entire team that rid my house of wretched bed bugs......THANK YOU....THANK YOU....THANK YOU..... Dona Monroe Houston Texas November 2024 February 2025 Well......I am sorry to say that I am FINDING THOSE WRETCHED BED BUGS in my sofa and king size bed again. Not very many, but even one bug is one too many. If you got the temperature up to 151* in my living room and flipped the furniture, including the sofa, I cannot imagine any bug living through that. Yet, they have survived to drive me crazy again. I received a text that said someone would be performing another follow up on January 27......no one showed up or called or texted. Would someone please tell me how to get rid of these disgusting bugs once and for all?????

I would 10/10 recommend this company. I called for a commercial property and they were super helpful and even were able to help us late in the day with an emergency we had. The technician, Enrique, that they sent out was very professional and knowledgable. Solved our emergency and explained to us a plan of action going forward. Been using them for about 2 years now and they’ve always been reliable and easy to work with. The technicians always do a good job but Mo always finds a way to take that extra step. He’s always attentive and when I bring up specific concerns he tries to get them resolved fast and reasonably.

Excelente company. Follows through with its promises. We have had a couple of very good technicians, The most recent, Enrique has been absolutely fantastic. He addressed our immediate concerns, as well as, alerting us to a couple other issues. He completed the service, informed us about other services that may benefit us without being pushy. He was very polite, informative, and a pleasure to work with. Hopefully he will be our regular service technician. oh yeah, don’t be surprised if the owner shows up on a service call. This is truly a family owned and operated business. We need many more companies like this one!

Once again, did not set an appt for this service. The tech was very polite as usual and did a thorough job. But, I have had an ongoing problem with their scheduling process.
Firstly would like to state that the guys who perform the pest service are excellent! The reason for my review is with the office staff. I have been a customer of Pest Arrest for over 9 years. I called to reschedule my appointment as I had a very heavy work schedule on the day my appointment was scheduled, with all day meetings with no window for the ability to discuss my service when the guys arrived! I was told when I called that I could not reschedule my appointment. No offer of any other solution but that! In this day an age the lack of flexibility is a disgrace and sad to move my business after all these years with them! Clearly my years of loyalty means nothing to this company and have now moved my service to company who strive to my flexibility .
Moe was friendly and flexible on when to come out for service. Prop for accommodating his schedule. We had a rodent problem (and still do), Moe was confident in it being rats. One of the traps caught a baby squirrel and looks like buddy is still looking for him. During the 30 days guarantee period, Moe only came out once and I asked for a follow up and nothing. Not too happy with the follow up and seeing their guarantee through.

They have been a good job calling and texting for the quarterly appointments. Anibal did a great job this quarter. They keep you updated of when they will arrive. Everything was done smoothly.
I was OK with Pest Arrest initially. The technicians were all on my ring doorbell as showing up, ringing my bell, doing their work, and leaving from the back yard. 3 notifications in all. However, their last "visit" on 08/31/2020 technician Shawn Wilson rang my doorbell twice and that's all I saw of him, nothing else. My neighbor did see him spray the driveway and I would have paid for that, but not the rest of what was claimed. There is nothing on the ring doorbell of him doing the perimeter. I called and told them about the lack of video evidence showing them performing the maintenance. It was concerning because I have had video evidence of previous outdoor maintenance performed. Pest Arrest came back with "well, he said he did the maintenance". So, with Pest Arrest, offering video evidence of them not doing the work is apparently not enough for them. My service with them has been cancelled all together and there were no offers of any kind to right the work not done. I do not recommend Pest Arrest at all. But IF you do go with this company, it is apparent you need to babysit the technicians to do the work because they will take the word of the tech over video evidence of them not doing the work you pay for. I would have given 0 stars but the review process here will not allow it.
Just wanted to share my experience and the reason why I’m giving pest arrest 1 Star , Unfortunately my experience wasn’t very good at the end with them my wife and I had hired them originally Because of they’re high reviews. Started with no problems coming in on regular basis to treat my house for bug prevention which in my opinion was pretty good until we hired them for a little more serious job that included possible rodent control. We hired these guys thinking the job would get done with no issues but soon found out that was not the case , we had a manager come out multiple times to discuss the issues , from not having the right material , the job being poorly done to the job not ever being fixed after paid for , for some reason after that they just stop showing up or even Calling to follow up on our next routine service visits, there for we reached out and canceled which was a little odd for them not caring we did so no questions asked lol
The service rep told me that we had to have termites in the walls and the whole house would need to be treated for a cost of $700. I called another company who came out, looked at it, and said the termites were not active and they were only in one spot. They explained to me that we would see termite mud on the sheetrock if they were all over the house.
The guy never checked the house for entry spots.I had to tell him were i think the spots are. I payed top dollar. Know the rats are even worse. Know there all over, worse than when i was trying to get rid of them by my self....It is unbelievable, they sent a guy out. Hese like I dont know...you'll have to speak with the owner. Dont do what i can do. But u did worse. POISEN THEM.....Your a . exterminator. Do your job....
