I am not sure where the negative reviews are coming from - We have used Randy Lee for inspections for both buying and selling homes, and it has been an amazing experience. He is thorough, friendly, and honest. He communicated well and took care of an infestation we didn't know we had, until he inspected our home. Would 100% recommend and use his services in the future.
