Ive had an issues with a recent companies that is there for volume and over charge you. Lance and his team are truly there for you and your needs. I had an issue with ants and my dogs food, that was the 1st thing that Kris considered when he walked in the door then he got on to providing the services that he was here for. I have been using Backyard comfort and pest control for about 4 years. They are more than professional, they are honest. I wanted to sink a few grand into mist fans on my front porch. Even though it meant loss of a sale for them, they explained the actual expected benefits of such and advised against it. Which reminds me- they have a lot of other services besides just pest control. Check out their website! For pest control- they are prompt, thorough and fairly priced. They even have 1 free mosquito control service you can trial and a package you can enroll in for mosquito service on reg schedule.. (And yes, the mosquito treatment worked well last year, and I’m doing it again this year.) They are a good group to work with.

10/10 definitely recommend this company. Lance was very professional and insightful. He was able to get to our home and take care of our pests quickly! He followed up to make sure we didn’t have any further issues that required him to come back out a few days as well.

Once again battling raccoons who want to live in my attic - Lance came out promptly and set up two traps to catch the destructive beasts. He's unfailingly professional, helpful, and puts customer service first. They are clear on what they are going to do and what it will cost and since the cost is per visit (set up and removal visits) it is very reasonable. My only connection with Backyard Comfort & Pest is this never ending parade of critters Lance comes out and removes from the property; based on those experiences I say: do not hesitate to call them for their assistance!

Booking is simple and easy. Our exterminator, Sydney, was very professional, showing the source of our infestation and explaining each of the steps involved with the process.
