When you’re calling in, you are reaching our internal call center, not a third-party service. All of our agents are Critter Stop employees, trained in-house, and they only handle our customers. We built the call center specifically to increase availability and reduce missed calls, not to create distance. That said, if you’ve had trouble reaching us because we are not answering the phone, that’s on us and we want to fix it.<br><br>Regarding the billing, you did have a service in September with a remaining balance on the account. When our CRM experienced a large system freeze affecting multiple customer profiles, your account was unfortunately one of those impacted. Because there was a card on file and an outstanding balance, we processed the charge once the account was unfrozen. We understand how that could feel unexpected, and that’s why we reached out right away to make it right. We never want a customer to feel blindsided or left high and dry. <br><br>We value your business and would welcome the opportunity to continue earning your trust.
