Rebecca Simmons is our Rep! She did an awesome job explaining what HOME team has to offer and it was an easy process since it already came with our builder, which is Toll Brothers so it was an easy transition! She explained every detail and was very thorough! Chris was our technician that did the procedure around the house and he was very thorough in his job and explained everything that he did!

Abysmal customer service with bait and switch pricing services. Ridiculous and fictitious charges added to account 4-5 months after cancelling services. Customer service is unable to complete the cancellation of services and not respond to requests for information in a timely manner. Would not recommend using due to service issues.

Over pricy for what they do. They say they charge for a quarter and they never show up if anything comes after treatment.

Canceled our service and ended up getting charged several weeks later even though service was canceled and confirmed canceled in a subsequent call from them. Called multiple times to ask them why we got charged and got the run around - manager will need to call you back, not sure why you got charged we see you ended your service, manager will have to call you, I will call you back later Over and over. Technicians are good but office leaves something to be desired and will run you around and not do what they say.

Service is bad. We have a massive ant infestation and their “retreat” did nothing to help at all. Customer service has always been pleasant so no complaints but they’re very overpriced compared to other companies and they’ll charge you two months to stop service which isn’t outlined when you initially sign up. Also they only “service” the property every 2 or 3 months but you pay monthly?… their whole business model seems to be a joke. You’re better off spending $15 on a jug of home defense spray and doing it yourself.

I would not use these people at all. Amber was extremely rude over the phone. I was just trying to cancel my service and she didn’t even try to keep my business. If this is franchised, I would not have her on my team. Also, if you cancel you get charged for 2 months of service. Which makes no sense and she made that clear that I was not making sense by asking about it. She basically hung up on me after saying have a great day. Lol the customer service is horrible. I would hire someone else who actually knows how to talk to people.

They sprayed 5 times for spiders but it never got even a little bit better. I had spiders (including black widows) and spider webs everywhere if I didn’t clean for a day or two. When I would call and complain they seemed knowledgeable but then they would send out some young guy who seemed so bored with his job. I had to babysit them to make sure they were actually spraying. Then once I asked to have the wasp nests taken down. Well, they missed one and the next day a wasp STUNG MY SON ON THE FACE. They charge so much ($150/3 months) but the chemical and work is bad. They also didn’t show once and another time scheduled me for a morning slot (anywhere form 8 am- 12 pm) and the guy didn’t show up until 12:30 pm. What a waste of my entire morning.

A sales representative came on a hoverboard, completely ignored our no soliciting sign, 8:56pm at night sleeping baby knocks super loud then refuses to leave without giving me his card or some information on the company. I know all about home team from when I kicked the last guy off our property, no soliciting means no soliciting, on top of the fact it's in Providence village where you require a solicitor's permit and you can't solicit after 6:00 p.m. 15 minutes before dark or if you have a no soliciting sign. Super frustrating!!! Definitely calling the cops next time.

I canceled the service because the salesman told me it was a quarterly charge of $45 dollars only realize it's a monthly charge.I canceled the service after the first home application...and found out they continued to charge me.

this car drove in the kroger parking lot january 8th at 6:30pm BEFORE THE UPCOMING STORM and had the nerve to honk because people were walking across? like lady youre in a grocery store lot learn some patience- she also looks like she was on m3th. hire better people to drive cars with your business plastered on it.

Last week, Home Team pest control agent arrived and sprayed our dog’s toy and water dish, both of which we had to discard. I completed their internal survey and checked the box that I wanted to be contacted. No response. Yesterday I called their number and the young lady sent a message to the owner. Still no contact. Very disappointed in their lack of responsiveness.
