D'Bug Man Pest Control LLC

D’Bug man pest control has been treating our home for a couple of years now. They have excellent customer service. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Jason does an outstanding job of locating where ants are coming from if we ever have an issue with ants making their way into our home. They always resolve the issue, and they are happy to return if any issue arises or continues.

I wasn’t even able to get serviced today. I left home briefly expecting a heads up that the technician was heading my way since the timeframe is 4 hours window. I got a phone call that a technician was knocking. I tried to call back the voicemail said they’re away at lunch but I could text that phone number which I did one minute after receiving a phone call no response. The voicemail said the technician could wait five minutes. But what kind of grace period is that, Especially if you’re not responding to phone calls nor text message, to give notice that I was only a few minutes away. The rep responding claimed they reached out prior to arrival which was a lie! I stated I wouldn’t be using the company for my service and they continued texting badgering me with lies. There no respect to give respect! The company has poor standards!

I had Jason and another kind man (I'll edit, ask, and add his name next time they come out.)They deserve recognition. Not only are they fixing/fixed the problem and are extremely informative but they have exceptional Customer Service skills and they are so polite and just very straightforward and to the point. They delivered great services in a timely manner and were great listeners. I'd recommend them to anyone. Our duplex we moved into ended up having a rodent issue we weren't expecting to have and they got right to it for us.

i live on the edge of mansfield and have a huge 3000 foot house on 1 acre. called them out for (yep!) wasps!!! the team was on time, professional and very nice people! didnt overcharge me either, and sprayed preventatively. thank you! :-) will definitely call u guys again next time i have a wasp issue :-)

Best service I've had from a pest control company. We had bad ants problems for months and after one treatment, we've never seen an ant in or around the house again and it's been at least month since we had the treatment. Family owned and very professional. If you want the job done the first time, this is the company for you.

This Company has been doing my pest control for over 15+ years. I am very satisfied with the service they perform. The technicians are very professional and price is very competitive. They give detailed reports on what services they have completed and chemicals used. I would recommend them to anyone who would like pest control for residence or business.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but hands down the best exterminator and pest control service that I have received, my parents have received, my in-laws have received. As a former employee of LG Electronics this company performed the pest control services and they were excellent! We never saw any bugs or anything associated. They took care of this commercial business/warehouse and it was 6000 sq. ft. plus. They were so impressive that I asked the owner to personally take care of my house since I have young kids (two under age 4) and have a picky wife. Between crumbs and being in rural Lancaster they have taken extra care to make sure my house and surrounding area is taken care of. I highly recommend the whole team!!!! 10 stars!

For years we had an ongoing ant issue in our bathroom and kitchen. After other companies failed to get rid of the ants we had given up. Until we saw D'Bug Man at one of our neighbors home and decided to give them a try. I can joyfully say that we are ant free now. Thank you guys for the great service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! What I love most about this company is how caring and responsive they are. The first time I used them I was pregnant and the second time was recently (my baby is now 8 months). Each time they answered my many questions and addressed our bug problems in a way I felt my family was safe. Additionally, I was most impressed by their focus on addressing the "root problem." Instead of providing a temporary solution that would give them more business, they took the time to analyze and take action toward a long term solution.
