We have used this service for over a year now and the results have been great. Our yard is weed free since starting treatments. Great experience.
Our yard was hopeless , so I thought. I was certain it would take a least a year to get in shape. Kurtis came by for the initial evaluation and promised he could quickly transform it. We could not be more pleased.
I was looking for a yard service and came across Hamann and I can't be more pleased with their service. From communication on what is being put on my lawn, to informing me when they are coming for monthly treatment, to a beautiful yard! I highly recommend them!

I have been working with Hammond weed control for about three years and I have been nothing but pleased each year. We used another weed control company in the past but weren’t seeing any results so I met Kurtis through my next door neighbor and ever since he started treating our lawn it’s looked incredible. Excellent service. Kurtis is very helpful and fantastic to talk too and does a very thorough job. I take pride in how my yard looks and he has made my job easier. I struggled with getting rid of fungus 2 years ago but it’s gone now thanks to his service.

I am very impressed with this lawn care service. They do an great job. I had so many weeds and problems with my lawn before I joined. I had other lawn care companies previously that did not help my lawn look any better. Even the guy that mows my lawn, asked me who I was using because he said my lawn was looking so good. Most of my problems with my lawn have disappeared. I still am lacking some grass on a small portion of my back yard, but I guess I just need sod for that part. Kurtis is really awesome and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Locally owned and operated, glad I took a chance on another lawn service. Started using Hamman this year to get rid of weeds, mainly crabgrass, but also got help with moles. We have had great progress. When I had questions about the process I was answered and was communicated consistently. It’s worth it to give em a shot!
Hamann has transformed my yard and I couldn’t be happier! It was all weeds before the treatments began, now it’s gorgeous, lush, green grass. Highly recommend!
Been with this company for a while. They are great. Our yard always looks good and if I have any kind of problem they know how to treat it. They very knowledgeable with any grass or weed problems and take care of it. Very reasonable prices also.
With a plethora of hard working lawn services in the Hurst area I would you to look elsewhere. Being punctual seems to be difficult for this company.

Very rude and unprofessional. I requested to meet with someone before the first service and was available 5 days a week every week and they could not accommodate for the first service. The lawn cuts were often patchy and poorly weedeated. I also used the weed maintenance services and after the last 2 services I had army worms infest my back yard. I had requested a lawn cut for last week and they said they could do it, but never showed up. I asked when they were coming and they said that they had put me on the wrong week again and would be out Wednesday. Whe I got home Wednesday and found my lawn still had nit been cut I asked when they would be coming and they were very rude. I ended up requesting to have all of my services canceled because the person was sending me such rude and aggressive text messages. I requested that he stop contacting me and he continued to send rude and more aggressive text messages until 10:00pm even after me requesting that he stop several times! I do not appreciate having a man try to intimidate me like that. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

We mowed your yard a couple times at the beginning of the year you asked to stay on the fertilizer and weed control plan. Army worms are insects they do not have anything to do with fertilizer or the weed control plan. We do offer an insect plan but you didn't sign up for that. And we have it plastered all over the place that we don't do one time lawn cuts since you did stay on with us for the fertilizer and weed control we did go ahead and accommodate you for one time lawn cuts many many times through the year. When you first signed on you did try to meet us you said that your dog was allergic to the weeds and I told you that we treat all the weeds that are growing at that time there was nothing special growing so there was nothing really for us to look at we would get it taken care of. You asked us to mow your yard for you last week we put you in the schedule to get it this week when we were in the area I told you that was Wednesday. We have had some guys out sick we had four yards left on that crew today and we did not make it to you we were going to be back out tomorrow morning to get it. And yes I did reply to you at 9:45 when you had sent me a text at like 9:10 telling us how bad our services were and how unhappy you were and I did write you back explaining to you that you were incorrect on some of this stuff there was one time in June that we didn't make it as far as we would have liked to and we had to reschedule for the next day you had said that there was multiple times has happened this is not true. And actually I can count many times that you asked us to reschedule it for you and I said that that was no problem. I don't know why you feel that my texts are aggressive just because I'm writing you back I wrote you back and told you that we typically don't do one time services at all that we had been accommodating you and you took this as aggressive? You also said that I need to quit harassing you because I wrote you back a couple times because you were texting me! There was not one thing that was intimidating. Also FYI you can post pictures. So please screen shot our texts so you can show everyone exactly how I was talking to you.. Nothing but nice. Whatever is bothering you tonight I hope you get it gets better and I hope you have a better week. If you were unhappy with our services I wish you would have said something and not waited until the very end of the year when It pretty much just looks like you were upset because we didn't mow your lawn fast enough when you weren't even in a reccurring schedule....
Slow to respond. Been over 2 weeks since we scheduled our first mow. Still waiting. No response. Do not recommend.

I'm sorry but we respond instantly and we actually have a secretary that answers the phone during business hours. Everyone that has signed up for us in the last two weeks is in the schedule. I just went through all the forms you would have known if you signed up with us. We require a credit card on file and you would have had to sign up through your email. Are you sure you're not confusing us with somebody else?What is your name or address so I can look you up or please reach out to my personal cell so I can look into it.817-793-6503 thanks
I had reached out to them to come cut my lawn. They were highly unresponsive and won’t show up on days when they say they will show up. They won’t even contact you to say they won’t come. You just figure out when you notice it’s the end of the day and your yard still looks overgrown. The one time they did come, they did sloppy work and left grass cuttings in the yard. If you value responsive communication and good customer service then don’t book with this company. I am beyond frustrated by my experience with them.

Highly unresponsive I texted you back immediately I'm talking to you in text right this second my guys are still out working and you're on the list for today you canceled us before we made it to you today my bush crew didn't make it to you yesterday because all these jobs are sight unseen and we're just taking a guess at how far that crew will get each day and we're a little bit short on employees right now as well so the crews aren't full.. that's running a little bit behind does not make us none Dependable company just makes us running a little bit behind it's every single business right now with all the shortage of employees like I told you a minute ago in a text I hope you find someone that can get it ASAP for you I took you out of the list for today. Yeah we are very good about letting people know when we don't come and we're not going to make it and when we rescheduled we send out alerts every night we are not going to alert you that we didn't make it yet when we are still out and planning on getting you it's early still and my guys are still out working. You actually quit a really good Dependable company but I got you taken out so you are good to go the guys will not get you cut today just like you wanted. Thank you
I recently moved to the area and immediately looked for lawn care services. This business was responsive and I immediately received a date for service. They came to cut the front lawn and nothing else. I inquired about services to find out my backyard should be included. They said yes and came out to cut the front lawn two more times. I asked again if the services include the backyard and Kurtis says yes. Still to this day my backyard is untouched. I have reached out via email and telephone. It's been five days and nothing from Kurtis. I called to complain about service and apparently Kurtis is the manager of the whole business. This business has absolutely terrible customer service especially if this is coming from management or the owner. I did not feel valued as a customer and the experience was not worth it. I asked for my card not to be charged until service is complete and they continued to do so twice. I will upload proof of my statement shortly after. Photos and emails. Day 5: No communication. I will update every day that this business doesn't communicate. ***Update: The business requested for me to remove my review after I told them that I would create this review if there's no communication by about when the services will be provided. Over 90% of my communication occured via email and it shows that I requested a confirmation of being scheduled. There's an opportunity for this business to increase the number of stars and receive an updated review. This will only occur after I feel that my customer services expectations have been met. *** Yes the business came the next day after I left this review and did the work. Coming to do the work after the review is a reaction. Once they have proven excellent customer service in a few more experiences, I will update my review.

Yes I have replied to you several times telling you that the extra crew will come out to get your backyard this week we had you scheduled for tomorrow. You kept saying does that include the backyard on the lawn cut and I said yes it does but come to find out you didn't have anything in the backyard to be cut you had flower beds that needed to be hand-pulled. And I told you that I would get my extra crew out there this week to get that done for you. We had that scheduled for tomorrow..... we came the next day as promised and got you taken care of....This was not a reaction. I had already told you we would come out that week to get your flower beds done. It was not our fault that you did not sign up to have you flower beds cleaned when you signed up. There is an option on the sign up schedule form for a one time or recurring flower beds cleaned. You did not sign up for this service and after two visits you where upset that the mowing crew had not went in your back yard to clean your flower beds. Even though you didn't sign up for this service. This is extra $ and the lawn crews don't do the extras and I'm not gonna send my extra crew out unless you asked for that service..so unless I could read your mind I had no way of knowing you wanted your flower beds cleaned. After you sent me some pictures I told you we would get them done and I guess we didn't jump fast enough because you left a review within a few days. Typically the extra crew is booked out about 2 weeks and I put you as priority and we got you in that week. Yes I did reach out for you to delete this review because it was an unfair review. Then you made up some rules like you where on a power trip and wanted to play games with us so I felt it was best that you find someone else. We are a very dependable good service but when you want extras done that are not a lawn cut and you don't sign up for them or tell us. I have no clue I can't read your mind but I did accommodate you and got it done that week for you. I hope you find some one who can accommodate you better. Thank you
Called for an appointment to let us know what was wrong with our yard was told someone would come out to do a soil test and see what was wrong with our yard. Called again 4 days later, someone different, and told us they couldn't come out unless we signed up for service. Rude and not very customer service friendly. Not to mention I had to call them back because I never received a call back. Their personnel need to communicate better and be better informed. The first initial call should've told us they wouldn't come out for a one time service to tell us what was wrong with our grass.

Hello Im thinking you have us mixed up with some one else. We don't do soil test at all. So you would have never been told that we would come do a soil test. When we dont offer that service...As far as we dont do one time services. It says it on the top of our website. Also the secretary's just take the info.Alot of times when we aren't in the office it goes to a call service and they just take the info they don't know everything. ..they don't decide on what work we do and don't do because some services we do do 1 times. Just not mowing or weed control.
Totally unprofessional. I asked for bush/lawn service. Communications via text from "Kurtis" said they would arrive a week ago to start service. Mind you, this is after 3 weeks of never arriving or confirming a service date. Left 3 messages with the business number...still nothing. I just called another service who will arrive next day to give an estimate and begin service. I am totally puzzled how you are a top reviewed company and can't even come out as promised.

You never officially got signed on with us you tried to request a one-time service and I told you that we don't do one time services... and then you tried to come back and act like you were going to sign up for a lawn mowing schedule but we never officially agreed upon anything... We're very professional company and we do exactly what we say we're going to do I live in breath lawn care.... like I said you never officially signed up with us never agreed to anything. You where just trying to get a one-time service from us... we are top reviewed because we are a very dependable company that does exactly what we say we're going to do we never promised to come out and do your yard we never agreed upon it you tried to beat our system when you filled out a schedule by saying you wanted a lawn cutting schedule but then telling us you actually only wanted at one time service and then you came back a week later saying okay I want to go ahead and sign up for a schedule but we never agreed on anything...
Terrible service did not even edge all they want is your money very pricy and service sucks. Owner even tried to change my email password, why should he even be trying to get into my email???? Beware do not use this person.... BAD. SERVICE!!!!!!# I hired a new lawn service and I have no problems. I used hannon one time and changed right away my neighbors even said how hannan service was terrible. I asked for them to pick up payment even though the service was bad and. I was told they can't pick it up even though they were here. Now they want to pick up the money all of a sudden there around the area. Very dis honest people. If you want a good lawn service contact All Grass they will do a perfect job. Beware dishonest service and people with hannon. All of a sudden I should be available for them when they want your money but when I wanted to pay after service they said they couldn't take it because its an inconvenience. Do not hire hannan.

I'm sorry you were very happy with the one time that way mowed it when we came back to mow it a second time you had told me that you had lost your phone and did not have a phone number to contact us there for you that hired somebody else. If you would have said that you were unhappy with Services we would have just waved the cut but this was never stated because this was not the case. As far as not being edged there s no way that could ever not happen all my crews are two- three guys and there is a guy that specifically edges and weed eats and that's all he does so nothing is ever missed I feel that you would have stated this after we mowed it you have not mentioned anything about being unhappy ever. I have been asking for payment from you for months now because you said you would make a payment and you never have and yes I did reset the passwords and usernames for my program for everybody. I don't have access to your email so there's no way I could have hacked into your email like you're trying to accuse me of. But as far as changing the username and passwords for everybody in my program when I reset everybody for security purposes you never made a payment before so I don't know why this would even make a difference to you... this is my program and we can reset the passwords if we feel we need to there's nothing that that would affect... we mow your neighbor's and have for several years now and he's very happy with us you just decided to leave us a bad review because I told you that I was going to be stopping by to get that check from you and I guess you didn't like that....<br><br>since you have went back and updated and added more I will go ahead and respond again if your neighbor is so unhappy with us then why does he continue to use us and I have text messages stating how wonderful the job we do I don't think you even know which neighbor we do... and yes we don't try to make it a practice to pick up checks the little bit of profit that we do make off your yard I would eat up in gas coming to hunt down a check and yes I did say I was finally going to come pick up a check I asked very nicely if you could leave me a check or if I could meet you to get one because I seen that there was going to be no way that you were ever going to make a payment since its been months since service and as far as changing the password what does that have to do with your email the password logs into my program the program that I have access to everything at all times that doesn't even make any sense we are very uptight service with over 600 happy customers that love us all our good reviews are real unfortunately we live in a world full of people that don't want to pay their bills and when I ask for payment it almost seems like they always go leave me a bad review just because I'm trying to get paid for a service that you just admitted that you did not pay for ever and I'm probably never going to get paid for.<br><br>FYI.. you might want to let your new lawn service know that they need to raise their mowers up because they are scalping it to the dirt bad especially along the edges also they missed weed eating some spots up there around the left side of your property from a pro standpoint we would know better than to scalp it and would never ever do this. I hired this company for lawn service every two weeks. The first time was okay. The second time was a mess and I had to clean up clippings that were blown on my patio and large clumps of mud left on my front lawn. I notified the owner and he assured me that he never hears complaints about the crew that did my yard. The next time they were there, they skipped half the front lawn and had the mower setting so high I could scarcely tell if the backyard was cut at all. I had to take my hand mower and finish the job myself. I paid the invoice but terminated the service. Mr. Hamann then said he would refund the last invoice because I was not satisfied. That never happened. Shoddy work and doesn't do what he says he will do.

I'm sorry you where unhappy with the work I did refund your money a couple of days ago it usually takes a few days to hit your acct. We did leave some mud when it kept raining we do are best not to-do this but in the rainy season most people want us to mow it now matter what and don't understand when it doesn't get mowed. I am sorry again and you should see your refund In your account in the next couple of days we are 100% honest reliable company and stand behind our work 100% if your not happy.. Thank you
Let me start this with- I will be happy to validate my poor rating with messages back and forth between myself and this service should you like to see. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I should have known from our first interaction to avoid this company. I asked what a one time service would cost so I could assess the quality of their work. The owner replied they do not do single services "because it's typically someone that just wants their lawn taken care of once", well yea. But I agreed ok I would like every two weeks then. I was given a quote based on hourly and the "three man" service crew. I asked about bushes to which I was told it was extra depending on the amount of time it takes them to complete it. I said fine I would like my bushes done as well. Out of the 2 and half months I used this company I had to ask every time except one for them to please remember my bushes. The last time I was curious as to how long they spent at my home as I was told it was based on time. I discovered my three man crew was actually only one here and there because they split my "hour" between my home and a neighbors. It only took 40 minutes between the two homes. They did not edge entirely and didn't do my bushes once again. I reported this to the owner he made them come fix the edging but not the bushes and still charged me. I had to ask over and over to pleas come finish and the owner then proceeded to tell me he was sorry he had a stroke and couldn't respond quickly to messages. I asked over and over for my bushes to be done now 2 and half weeks later they were still not done. I was told they wouldn't be able To fix them until they could work me in again. Avoid the hassle they are over priced for mediocre work. This has been way too much hassle for a lawn care service.

Okay so let me clarify this for everybody you are leaving me a bad review because we've been running behind a little bit because of the rain and have not been unable to get to your bushes even though we would have got them this last Monday for you if you wouldn't have quit and then you decided that you did want them done and I guess we didn't get them done fast enough for you after you got upset because you seen how long it takes for us to mow the yard and we had agreed upon $40 for every other week and all of a sudden you want to do our hourly price for your lawn cut so you could get it at a cheaper rate even though that's not the way it works we charge per cut a set price that we had agreed upon. It doesn't matter if it's one guy or three guys mowing your yard and it doesn't matter if it takes 5 minutes or an hour it was a set price we had agreed upon You had made several payments of this payment and then all of a sudden you see how long it takes us and you want to get the $30 plus tax per man-hour price so you can get it cheaper and then you went and left us a bad review because I said that wasn't the way it worked... no Lawn Company charges by the time for a lawn cut that would be a total nightmare trying to keep up with how I would charge customers we've been in business going on 12 years and we've always done it the same way lawn cuts are a set price extras are an hourly price I sent you screenshots showing you this and you agreed to this... there's always that one customer that tries to beat the system and wants a bunch of extras and then I can't even hardly get payments out of you I had to send you several emails asking for payment this also does not make us want to do extras for you when you can't pay your lawn mowing bill on time even.
