Anthony Hurst was an AMAZING technician He deserves a generous raise

How are these people still in business? My apartment complex is contracted with them and I literally have to ask to have them come out all the time but they only do our complex on Tuesdays, okay fine at least it gets done. Explain to me how though that they are here for 120 seconds literally 2 minutes and barely spray anything but thats supposed to treat for big spiders and what is considered by definition an infestation. Obviously it doesn't do anything because no mater what i still find them everywhere. I also have to be out of my apartment for 4 hours because I have a one year old and she cant be here for that long when they spray...okay that fine but I am a stay at home mom with a husband that works all the time and only one vehicle, everytime they come it is such a struggle for me to be able to leave i have to schedule everything for that day in advance or they wont spray if im here, as well as my apartment complexs refuses to work with me on a different day. Lastly the unprofessionalism, one day we were here bc I had no where to go and I opened the door and told him that I said give me just one second I will go to a neighbors and he said no I dont have time to wait just reschedule in a very rude tone along with sighing with irritation and walked away. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and it sucks that I dont have a choice in the pest control for my complex even though I pay $28 a month for it.

Anthony is an awesome guy, down to earth and very good at what he does. I will recommend.

Terrible…. Do not use!!! We have had a German roach problem for months and they don’t take care of it. We get them out here almost every week to spray and they do nothing! Also, we moved all our stuff for a clean out today and they refuse to go in because the guy doesn’t know how to work apartment keys!!! Even though they say it’s a mandatory service! I left my apartment with my dogs for nothing to have them come try and get it then move on to the next! No i’m not going to be living with German roaches! I moved all my crap for nothing! Do better and do your damn job!

They lied twice about going to my apartment and said they treated my apartment and nobody even entered the apartment. Super unprofessional to LIE about doing service on an apartment. And me and everyone else in my apartment pay monthly for the services and we apparently have to ASK to get service even though I’ve paid monthly for months about it! Worst place ever.
